Scott helped us out. Rattlesnake was recommended to me by a neighbor. We’re Fairly new to Eagle Mountain and we had an internal tank leak that couldn’t be fixed. They gave us a really fair price and the install was top-notch. Just some honest people doing good work.

Our water heater went out and Hayden and his team were so fast to respond! We didn't even have to go to the neighbor's house to shower! Thank you, Rattlesnake Plumbing, for taking such good care of us! We will definitely be calling them again!

Hayden helped me fix and diagnose a weird water softener problem on very short notice that was affecting much of my home. He knew exactly what the issue was and quickly walked me through the steps to diagnose and fix it. I will definitely use Hayden again.

Hayden came in and had the garage disposal and all new plumbing in within 1 1/2-2 hrs. His price for the new garage disposal and the new kitchen sink plumbing was what we were quoted just for a new disposal. I appreciated that they sent a reminder and the ability to see where they were so I could keep my day moving without waiting around. I will never use another plumber. They were kind, thorough, and kept my space clean. I like a lot of explanation and they didn’t make me feel like a burden for asking questions.

We have been very happy with Rattlesnake plumbing services. We had a utility sink installed and also used them for maintenance on our tankless water heater. They were professional, timely and took the time to explain options. We will definitely use them in the future.

We called Rattlesnake Plumbing when we got an unusually high bid from our Home Warranty Plumber for a tankless water heater replacement. Hayden showed up when he said he would. He was EXTREMELY patient and answered all of our questions. He even answered some questions over the phone that helped us to know that we did have a PRValve and our Home Warranty should cover it. I will definitely call him next time we have a problem! I will also be recommending him to friends and family. This guy is Honest and Knowledgeable! Great plumber!

We had an amazing experience with Hayden at Rattlesnake plumbing. He is extremely reliable and completed a lot of changes to our basement plumbing. He was skilled in finding the pipes under the cement, cutting concrete and installing all the plumbing for a kitchen, bathrooms and washer/dryer. We are very happy with his work and the price! We had a water leak in our garage coming from the laundry room and called Hayden with Rattlesnake Plumbing around 6pm. He was at our home before 8pm and quickly got the leak stopped.
First thing the next morning, he returned, removed the damaged drywall, replaced the broken pipe, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.
Hayden was incredibly kind, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated his quick response and attention to detail.

Highly recommend. Curtis is a pro. I wanted a softner system installed, water lines run to garage, and a reverse osmosis system installed along with a few other things. I had three different companies come out to give a quote. Curtis was not only competitive but was the only one who walked around my unfinished basement, inspecting the pipes and coming up with solutions. He was quick to fit me into his schedule, on time , and finished quicker than I expected. I am very happy with how everything turned out. Thanks again.

We have used Tankless multiple times throughout building our house and finishing our basement. Curtis has always been amazing - very responsive, on-time, incredibly nice. He's also been quite the problem solver as things have come up unexpectedly. Today, we also had Christian here to help out, and he was just as professional, nice, and great as Curtis has been.
