Tankless experts responded quickly, fixed my plumbing problem with competence and speed, and were reasonably priced. All good! I’ve used them for my last three plumbing issues and will continue to do so.

Curtis was great. I called him to get a second opinion on a new water heater. He quoted a price $500 less than another plumbing company. Curtis had Devan come out to give me an estimate then the next week he came back and installed it. It took him a little bit longer than expected because my piping is extremely old. I appreciated that he took the extra time to fix those things. I do wish they could have taken the old soft water tank that I had but I understood it was too heavy for him to move on his own. I experienced some issues with water pressure the days following. I texted Curtis and Devan came out right away to adjust everything. An old house and old pipes can be frustrating! They really were great and very responsive. Thanks for your help and professionalism.

He answered my call quickly, had me check things on the water heater and even had me text him pictures so that he knew exactly what was going on. He was able to get out my house within a few days. This is the second time that I have had Curtis and his team come out for my plumbing needs. They were very professional, affordable, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns. Installed a whole house water filtration system. Very happy with the work. I researched many companies before deciding to go with them . Glad I did my homework. Techs were very polite and pleasant even took the time to explain to me how the whole system works even though I had not bought from them. I will be calling them for all my future needs.

Our 15 year old power vent water heater died over the 4th of July weekend. I wasn’t going to make an emergency call so I waited until Tuesday to get some bids. I had wanted to go tankless so I called Tankless Experts as they had some great reviews. Got a call back from one of the co-owners, Curtis right away. Love that this is such a small company that you aren’t just talking to a receptionist and Curtis was able to answer all of my big questions. Jordan came out the same day to do the estimate and made me very comfortable with the project. The real kicker was the estimate was $700 less than another large company and included a whole house filtration system instead of the $2800 water softener the big company was pushing. Jordan and Christian showed up Thursday morning and worked all day and hauled away the old one and left our basement cleaner than it was. Can’t recommend these guys enough. 2nd time we’ve used Curtis’s services @ Tankless Xperts and Plumbing – we’ve just moved from our old house into our new house and I noticed the water heater tank was on its last leg. No worries, I knew who to call, Curtis at tankless water heater Experts and Plumbing came over and put in a brand new tankless water heater that we like a lot better than the traditional water heaters. Since this involved a home cell transaction, Curtis was flexible to work with the title company to receive some of the payment. I recommend him to anyone that’s thinking about getting a water heater or for any plumbing needs 👍🏼
