These guys are quick on response, fair in pricing and honest with the work they do. That's hard to find in an HVAC company. I have recommended and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Install on a traditional water heater went ok and price was competitive but I had a follow up question about the safety of an installed component and I never got a reply. I will not use them again for any future repairs.

Very happy with the company. Replaced the upstairs furnace and thermostat, and went with a new AC. The guys have been out for service too, and I find they are professional and personal. Covid procedures were followed.

Have you ever been with the technician and they say a bunch of words you don’t know and suddenly you have to pay way more than you were expecting? That won’t happen with Comfort Specialists. They care about their clients. They do what they say. And leave your equipment running great!

I guess if you don't mind a string of no-shows, broken promises, and failure to follow up in any way, these are the guys for you. It's super frustrating and if you do use them I would make sure you're completely satisfied before paying them. Otherwise, good luck getting them to make it right.

My gas fireplace quit working. They showed up, evaluated the problem, charged me, and left. Never to return for the repair. I have emailed 5-6 times finally with no response from them. Would not use this company.

Ive been using comfort specialist for all my go to needs for our heating tune ups to helping us get air conditioning for our home. They have been awesome to work with and very professional. 👏

Excellent customer service. Getting our air conditioner unit fixed was a top priority for them, even on a Friday evening. They stayed late to make sure the job was done. We will certainly be customers for life. A plus service

AAA Comfort Specialists took out our ancient furnace and water heater and installed a high efficiency furnace and tankless water heater in January 2020. They also installed a Nest thermostat. The new equipment cut our gas bill IN HALF! AAA Comfort Specialists also helped us finance these changes. They are the best!

I needed someone to service my swamp cooler. While they were able to come quickly (they got me on the schedule for the next day), they charged me almost $300 to clean a couple things out and replace pads. One more minor thing is that the tech left the pads in my neighbors yard. But more importantly, the root of the issue (I later discovered) was a lot of scale and other debris in the water pan. The aspen shavings and scale were clogging the water systems, including the distribution tubes. The tech did not fix the root of the issue, meaning that the problem returned just a few days later. Hiring these folks was a big waste of money for me and will not be returning or recommending them to others.

I recommended Sam and Comfort Specialists to a couple of neighbors. They took great care of all of them and had their air conditioning up fast. I’m sure they have lots of customers but they really do treat me like I and my referrals like we were his best clients. Thanks guys.

PLEASE READ, DO NOT trust the owner Josh!!! He will go back on his word. If he can find a way to screw you over to save a buck he will. He does not follow through with his agreements. Highly recommend staying away from their business. If you paid them with your credit card, tell your bank its a fraudulent charge. You will get your money back and they cant fight it regardless of what documents or proof they have. Thats what they did to me so I know it works and there is nothing they can do. Karma sucks Josh, you reap what you sow. I would not expect this dishonesty from a guy like him, but he showed me his true colors.

Hey. These guys are sharp. They did my basement duct work and air flows great now. They even came back 2 months later to double check their work as my AC wasn't working. It wasn't their fault but they came right away!

They replaced and installed our water heater after a year it failed. They wouldnt return my phone calls or emails to warranty their work or product. Beware of their warranty, it's not worth in my experience because they will just avoid you.

I called on Monday, and on Tuesday a technician came to my house. Beau came and did a tune up on my furnace. He was quick and efficient and fixed an intermittent problem I had, flame sensor, and explained what was going on.

HUGE SHOUTOUT to Sam Diamond and Comfort Specialists Heating & Air. Last week our furnace when out and our A/C would not work. The house was 90F at 10:30 pm 🥵🥵🥵. My wife had been wanting a tankless water heater and was not happy that the money would have to go for a new heater/AC 😨. We talked to several companies and heard different pitches - high prices and complications. Sam and his team educated us, cleared up the confusion, and got us an incredible deal. The house now has the best airflow we have ever had. My wife got her tankless water heater, and we got the new AC and heater!!!!! ME =👍😀😀🥶🥶

Beau is amazing!! Our heater went out and we could not figure out what was wrong. After almost 2 hours he got it figured out for us. Appreciate him so much! Just in time for the cold to really set in.

We had our A/C stop working overnight on a Friday night. I called Josh around 10:45 the following morning, which was a Saturda, and he was able to squeeze me in by Noon. Not only did he run a thorough check, he explained everything about what was going on, and was very transparent throughout the service as he fixed the issue. I could not be a happier customer. Beau was fantastic!! Provided many options, great communication, solid product, and $$$ was way less than the radio-advertising companies I called as well. I’m very happy with my new Modulating Furnace and this is its second winter. Would recommend Beau and Comfort to anyone! Thanks!!

I wish I could rate their work honestly, but they didn't show up for the 5-7 window for a bid after I left work early to be there "because of traffic". Then Josh decided to go off the other two quotes I had received, texted him all the notes so he knew exactly what he was getting into. He quoted me a price $326 less than the other guys and said he could come out Friday at noon to get the water heater replaced. His tech didn't show until about 6:45pm that day once again after making special arrangements to have someone around for them. Got down in the crawl space and suddenly they didn't want to do the job they knew had to be done, they wanted to order a different shorter water heater that would save them effort and come back the next day. Bout an hour after his tech leaves I go to let my dog out and lo and behold his tech didn't even put the cover back on my crawl space and my 110lb Great Dane ended up falling 6 feet into the crawl space and landing on a step ladder because it was dark outside and I couldn't see the open hole. Josh seemed real concerned until I told him I wasn't interested in having him come back to finish the job because that coulda been me or my kids in that hole. Poor service from the first attempt to bid all the way through to hurting my dog. Thankfully Gunther will be ok in about 2 weeks time but I can't ever recommend you ask this company to come to your home.

Our A/C unit stopped working at the beginning of the summer. I reached out to Sam and he had one of his techs out right away. They explained our options so we could make an informed decision. We had an older unit that used outdated coolant. We opted to get a new unit and they gave us a great deal and got it installed right away.
