Ultimate Air is absolutely AMAZING!!! I reached out to Jason, the owner, on a Friday night at 8:30 pm. I was not only having a bad day, but I was also having a dryer venting emergency in a home I had just purchased. To say I was emotional would be an understatement. Not only did Jason answer my call, but he listened! He somehow understood that I needed his help desperately and agreed to come out the next morning. When he arrived exactly when he said he would, he immediately told me he would get me taken care of and that he would get my dryer working. He did not disappoint! He quickly realized my dryer was plugged on the roof. He went up to the roof and confirmed that he could see the poorly installed vent on the roof was completely plugged. He didn’t stop there… because it was on the roof he needed to reach out to a roofing contractor. He called Mike, the owner of Weather Tight Roofing. (Who I would also give a 5-star + rating!!) Mike also agreed to come help me and was there in 15 mins. Between Mike and Jason they had the knowledge, the expertise and the supplies ready to fix the issue. They had my dryer roof vent, which looked like it had never been properly working…removed, replaced and fixed within the hour. I was absolutely amazed! (Thank you Mike for being willing to help me and being honest and fair with my repair!) Jason then went inside the house and installed a new dryer box and vent assembly. The one from the previous owner, and a previous hvac installer that I called prior to finding Ultimate Air, both broke and improperly installed the dryer box connection. He had that installed and fixed within no time. I then shared with Jason the issues and statements I had with that previous hvac installer regarding my (2) a/c units. I had been told that my units were broken and needed to be replaced at a cost of $35K. The previous hvac installer also said if I didn’t replace them that I should definitely add a minimum of 3lbs. of refrigerant which would cost me $349 per lb. Once I told Jason this, he was shocked. He completely disagreed with the previous assessment. He then took his time, ON A SATURDAY MORNING, and looked at my a/c units. He said the only thing I needed at this time was some refrigerant. He proceeded to add 2 lbs of refrigerant for $100 per lb.
My a/c units began to run cooler not long after that was added!! I was quickly shown that I was getting completely taken advantage of by the previous hvac contractor. Jason, and Ultimate Air, is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and caring. I would highly recommend using them for ANY of your HVAC needs. The attention and professionalism he showed me for my weekend emergency is unmatched. I am grateful to Jason (Ultimate Air) and Mike (Weather Tight Roofing) for all that they did for me. If you don’t call them first, you’ll regret it. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They are absolutely wonderful to work with…thank you Jason!!!

Our four year old ac unit quit working on the hottest day of the year so far. Not fun. Called Janelle at the end of the business day and Jason was at our home the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the failed part and replaced it with one he had in his truck and at a fair price. Very pleased with the service and speed of the team at ultimate air.

My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. I called in at 9:00 to see if I get get an appointment for same day service. The receptionist was very helpful and schedule me in for same day service. She was very professional. Within 2 hours of my call, I had a technician at my house. My technician was Frank. This guy was awesome! Within a short time he figured out the problem with my furnace. He was able to repair the problem and perform a maintenance within 2 hours. Frank was fantastic! Frank is a great representative for Ultimate Air. I really appreciate how through and knowledgeable he was. The pricing for the service was very fair. I will recommend this company to anyone having heating and air issues. Thanks Ultimate for the great response and for sending such a great technician! You guys rock!

Jason Hardy and his team's honesty saved me thousands of dollars. My 2-year-old furnace (put in by another company) was making a weird and loud noise. Other companies tried to get me to replace my whole furnace. Jason came and told me he could replace the broken part. I highly recommend Ultimate Air!

Jason w/ Ultimate Air knew exactly what to do. He called and communicated that he be on his way when he got here no exactly what was needed and got us all functioning again thank you.

I hired this business to fix my 2 year old HVAC 3 months ago. Paid for a new blower assembly and labor. It went out again and back in december I contacted them for a follow up. They were booked out and I had to hire another company to replace --- after getting two independent opinions on the install. They offered to fully refund me and issued an apology. Very personable, prompt and polite. Would recommend to others.

In The Ranches, we asked for a pre-summer AC checkup. The tech cleaned a few components and now the unit runs much quieter.

We had a mini-split system installation done in our garage in City Center. The crew worked efficiently and it cools the space perfectly now.

The AC outside our SilverLake house needed a capacitor replacement. Quick service and the system fired right back up.

Two guys came to do maintenance for us. They were very responsive. Cleaned up everything. I would recommend them and their company.

Our furnace failed on a freezing night, but they came quickly and got it running again. Truly grateful
