Contacted them yesterday and they made an appointment for this afternoon. Called them after the tech failed to show up and the office manager said she would find out how soon the tech would be able to get to my house and call right back. After waiting 45 minutes for a call-back, I called again and got voicemail. Left a detailed message and didn't hear back. Do not recommend them.

Such kind staff. Our AC went out and they were booked for the day, so Jake helped me over the phone. He explained to me what to do over the phone, and gave me brands of air filter to get, and helped me locate my filter and said I could call his number if I had any other questions. Such great customer service, and so kind. I would recommend them to anyone.
