Stephen was amazing. We had our appointment for carpet cleaning. Stephen text me early in the day to let me know an ETA as well as when he was on his way. He did a great job explaining their process and the carpet looks great! Especially the stairs!!!! We had a few stains he easily got out and even the high traffic stairs look a few years younger! Will use again!

We had this company out before. They did a good job so we had them come do a repair of a section of carpet. Our original appointment needed to be rescheduled. The company did a very good job coordinating a reschedule that worked for us. Stephen came and repaired the carpet - he did a really good job. The photo doesn’t do it justice because in person you can barely see the seam. He said after a few times vacuuming it should settle into the surrounding area. Would highly recommend this company for any of your carpeting needs. We will definitely be using them again.

Initially our experience was good. Stephen cleaned our home in preparation for an open house and we felt like the job was well done.

However after he left and we began to walk around inspecting things we found that there were multiple spots where excessive cleaner had been used and then absorbed into the baseboards leaving very visible water damage.

I called and spoke with Alex the following Monday and told him the situation. I submitted pictures of the damage and he said he'd call me back that day with an update. He didn't. Two days later I call him back. He tells me Stephen has been out with a family passing and that I'd hear from him no later than the following Monday, but also that Stephen needs to come out and inspect the damage before anything can be resolved. I'm sympathetic to the news and wait to hear back Monday. In the meantime our inspection comes and I'm forced to do the repairs on my own without any resolution. No calls ever came. I called many times per day, every day, left several messages, never got a single call back. Would not recommend to anyone.

Luke did an amazing job on my windows! He was on time and very quick to get the service completed.

Luke showed up on time and went right to work. He uses great equipment and we were impressed with the results. Our windows sparkled. These guys are great and we will use them again.

Purepanes came out and did a very good job from start to finish. I am very impressed with how they handled everything and how professional they were throughout the whole process. Great service!
