Update since below was written: Kevin was much nicer after hearing my complaints and willing to work with me to fix issues. This greatly improved my opinion and experience with him and this company.

Kevin was not only rude, the job was sloppily done. He said he replaced things that he didn't fully do and he charged me thousand of dollars for and much of what was done was not up to code. He would not repair most of the job or give me my money back so I had to hire other plumbers to fix everything and pay thousands more dollars. I had second opinions from other plumber friends that this job was so terrible I should get my money back.

Tigger did an great job of replacing our leaking hose bib. He went through the various options and educated me about what would be involved with each. I opted for replacing the entire unit for better longevity and he was very careful to cut a 8" access square in our drywall so that we could use a premade access plate to cover the hole. Our hose bib is working perfectly and I will call ASAP for our plumbing needs in the future.

We woke up this morning to a dead water heater, and tried ASAP and two others. Not only did Nick Karmazsin do a great job installing our new water heater same day, he was tremendously helpful and friendly. I’d have him back any time. Also, they were true to their price, which seemed fair compared to the range of bids we got. All of this and hot showers on the same day? That’s pretty great!

Super quick service and very kind! Had a clogged laundry room drain and it took 10 minutes to fix. I would highly recommend!

Fairly slow leaking water heater. Called ASAP the day before Thanksgiving late afternoon as the leak was becoming progressive. Discussed availability, pricing and licensure. Shane arrived as schedule the Friday morning after Thanksgiving. Completed the work with code requirements fulfilled at a fair price point. I will use ASAP again and will refer them to others.

ASAP is a family business with the service and charm you'd expect. They keep costs down through fair hourly rates, low overhead, and (optionally) customer-purchased equipment. Bottom line: I'm a repeat client!

With local plumbers coalescing into a few large companies, I was able to get good response at 1/2 the lowest bid. And without my even asking – the technician added a custom PVC diversion pipe from the pan to the drain, preventing future flooding caused by old-house low spots that otherwise channel leaks into our carpet.

As a smaller shop, they have a tight schedule but not prohibitive – and they currently charge a fee for credit card payment (understandable with a low margin, but not ideal). But their service was a friendly balance: not too chatty, not too clinical.

I have been fortunate enough to have this company perform my home maintenance service plumbing issues over the last decade.
Kevin has consistently responded in a very timely manner to my various plumbing needs and I always get sent a very competent professional tradesman to perform the task.
I intend to use A.S.A.P. Plumbing for any future quality service assistance needs.

Kevin and his team have helped me at least three times over the past two years for different issues. Whether it's two water heaters that needed to be replaced, recommendations for my kitchen sinks or snaking a kitchen drain in my 100+ year old house, they have shown up quickly, always so friendly, always very knowledgeable, fair and quick to go beyond expectations to deliver excellent service. I've had other companies in prior to finding A.S.A.P Plumbing and Drains, Inc, but now they are the only people I call. Kevin and Shane were absolutely fantastic! They expertly installed a whole-home water filtration system and a main shutoff valve, while also quickly resolving a leaking hose bib. These guys are true professionals—knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. On top of that, their pricing was outstanding, far better than the other bids I received.

I’ll definitely be calling them again when it’s time to repipe my home in the next few years. Highly recommend!

Very professional service and excellent work. Shane came to install a new bathtub faucet and replaced the valves—everything looks great and works perfectly. He also helped fix a leaking sink faucet, carefully troubleshooting and identifying two separate issues that were causing the problem. Everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend them—I’ve used their services before and will definitely use them again

The guys from Stallion Plumbing & Drains were awesome! Very clean, professional, timely...an all-around a great experience. We've had some typical dirty "plumbers" in the past....these guys were the exact opposite! They arrived within only a few hours of my call this morning, and got the job done in a clean and efficient manner. I highly recommend them!

Alex and Al from Stallion Plumbing replaced a water pressured valve and installed a 5-stage water filtration system for us. They were prompt, courteous and very professional and took the time to explain the whole process to us and the work was neatly done. I would recommend their service.

Ed & James are the absolute best!!!! They have been doing work at my house for 3 years. I would not trade them,for anything. They are very professional, friendly, personable, and trustworthy. When I had to leave the country, but needed plumbing work, I gave them the code to the house, left instructions on the wall; and all was done perfectly. Not to mention the company charges fair rates. This is the company you want to repair your water heater! Their communication was excellent, I knew exactly when they would come and they communicated and followed up very nicely.

They offered additional recommendations which showed me that they care for the homeowner and will look out for your well-being.

They have also proven that they really know what they are doing with the way they conducted themselves and how professional they were.

I would give them a 10/10; 5 stars, and a solid recommendation! !!

These were the second plumber I had out for a couple of house Spicket’s that were leaking. First bid he said they needed to be replaced and it would be $1000. That seemed crazy to me. These guys came fixed them both in under 5 minutes and only charged their fee to show up. It’s very difficult now days to find honest people to make repairs but these guys are who you need to call.

November 2023, Stallion Plumbing and Drains has efficiently successfully solved / repaired two separate plumbing issues at fair economical up-front pricing. Alex and Kelly are highly professional and were fantastic to work with during scheduling and repair service calls. I highly recommend Stallion Plumbing and Drains; and plan to call them in the future to resolve plumbing or drain issues that may occur.

Alex, just saved me thousands. Another company just said I needed to replace all my service line with a price tag of $23,000.00. It doesn't need done!! He showed me the camera footage. Where the other company didn't even record it. I am so glad I called Stallion Plumbing and drains for a second opinion.

These guys were great! They worked us in early, got us out of a bad situation with a busted water heater, and installed our new tank the same day. Highly recommended! Total pros.

UPDATE: Had them back, Alex again, and he fixed the toilet fast (broken fill valve.) Highly recommend!
