Great communication and quick turnaround. They replaced our main line for a fair price. Alex was very responsive and easy to work with.

Remarkably dishonest vendor. Came out under a home warranty claim and told me I needed to pay them $1600 in addition to what my warranty covers. Main issue is they refused to provide insight into what the $1600 actually includes, indicating it's a number they've just made up to cash in on insurance claims.

Stallion has worked on a couple things for us over the last few years. They are always great to work with. Alex fixed something else for us yesterday. A fair and honest company. Highly recommended!

Alex was fast and efficient getting the old water heater out and installing the new one. Their company was great at responding to all my questions via email (which I preferred) and working with my schedule.

Alex did a fantastic job. We tried a quick fix first and when that did that didn't work, we moved forward with the bigger job. I really appreciated him keeping me in the loop of what was going on and what we needed to do and I'm super stoked that we could get it done the same day!

Alex was amazing! He was able to find the right hot water heater, and have it installed much quicker than expected. He was so nice. Stallion Plumbing has been our go to for years!

Fantastic plumber I don’t know how to say it but we had several plumbers come in and look at the problem and give us all kinds of different prices and different information but alex came in here without me telling him anything. He looks right at the problem and was able to fix it and solve it immediately. He gave us an amazing price. I don’t think I will ever go to another plumber ever again. Stallion Plumbing is the way to go.

Alex came by the same day I contacted them. I had 3 concerns, my bathtub hot water handle would no longer turn, my water shut off valve wouldn’t turn off, and the hose bib at the front of my house dripped for a bit when being turned off. He replaced the bathtub hot water handle on the spot. 2 different plumbers have come to my house and have not been able to turn off the water with my current water valve. Alex taught me how to turn it off by loosening a bolt before turning the handle and said I didn’t need to replace it. He then taught me that the way the hose bib was working was correct and also didn’t need replacing. I appreciate his honesty as well as him educating me on how to use what I already have without upselling me. I’ll definitely call him again and recommend him to family and friends!

Alex and Ed provided exceptional service when fixing a major leak from my kitchen sink drain. They proposed a cost-effective solution, which they executed with remarkable speed and efficiency. Their professionalism and kindness were truly outstanding. They took extra care to protect my home by wearing booties, displaying a great sense of respect and appreciation for my property. I was impressed with the level of dedication they showed, going above and beyond to ensure that the job was done to perfection. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services. I now have their contact information and will not hesitate to reach out to them for any future plumbing needs. I have full confidence in their work and appreciate the extra care they took to respect my home.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with any service representative. Had a plumbing issue come up and where several other companies were quoting costs in the thousands of dollars, Alex with Stallion Plumbing quoted far less and was able to fix our issue VERY quickly. Alex’s work was quick, efficient, and high-quality. So nice to have our issue solved after 3+ weeks! Thanks again!!

Water heater replacement. Good scheduling, good communication, quality work. Alex had done a couple smaller projects for us, so I was happy to use him for our water heater.

Alex is great! My hot water heater went out and he went out of his way trying to get the right part and gave me a more than fair deal on services. Alex has helped me in the past with a leaky toilet and was amazing.

We worked with Alex on several projects around our home. He was highly recommended by our neighbors, I am glad we found him! Alex is very prompt, great communication, came out the same day. We will definitely work with him again.

We had a great experience with Alex and Ed. We needed a specific type of water heat replaced (power direct vent), and they went the extra mile to find a suitable water heater for us. They put in time after hours, were responsive, and got the job done as quickly as possible. They were fair in their pricing. We plan to use their company again in the future.

I had my water heater repaired today and I’m genuinely impressed. The technician arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything fixed faster than I expected. He was courteous, professional, and clearly knew his stuff.

What really stood out was the attention to detail he made sure everything was working perfectly and even cleaned up the area before leaving. It’s rare to find service this reliable and respectful these days.

Highly recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing or water heater help. Five stars without hesitation!

We’ve used them several times in the past and it’s been positive. Looks like ownership changed in 2022. I’d probably disregard the reviews before then.

Brief story: AC broke in the peak of August heat, they came to fix, replaced a fuse, “problem solved”, charged us $350, went on their way.

We were out of town the next week, our basement tenant said it stopped working again. No problem, I’ll just call Absolute Air.

“Hey, your fix didn’t work, can we try something else?”
“Sure, pay the $350, we’ll schedule it and you can pay us again”

I have 3 problems with that.

Problem 1: Why was the initial fix so expensive?

They bill $100/hr (normal), the part was $20, after the tech replaced the fuse, do we get to pay for his 2.5 hr nap in the back of the van? It’s pretty clear he didn’t do anything else. They don’t quote price in advance so we just have to trust they’ll send someone competent and be prudent/efficient with the billable time. In hindsight, I wouldn’t.

Problem 2: The fix didn’t work.

In fact, it likely put undue stress on the AC and shortened its life. We go out of town and it starts icing up. Eventually that’ll kill the compressor. We assumed it was actually fixed (shouldn’t have) and ended up nearly having to replace the whole unit (and probably still will have to next year). negligent.

Problem 3: They don’t stand by their work.

Apparently they get unlimited tries to fix it, you pay for all of them, and maybe they work maybe they don’t. They literally told me “No we fixed the problem, this must be a new problem”. Alright. Seems real ideal for Absolute Air. Not for us. Our incentives are literally opposite to each other.

The outcome: We fixed it through a different company.

I said “no thanks. You can come back and try again, I’ll pay for additional parts and labor but I shouldn’t need to pay for the initial failure.”

They declined, I went somewhere else. And I’m glad we did. It was a difficult fix, and we needed someone competent and good at communicating. Paid them $1000. Upsized the lineset, added a Deicing sensor. Almost paid $4000 because our AC died completely. Absolute Air should’ve seen the underlying cause (certainly had plenty of time to) and because they didn’t it was nearly a catastrophe.

Afterwards I call Absolute and say someone else fixed it, I probably shouldn’t pay you at all, but I’ll pay for your fuse and 1hr of labor. Nope: pay in full or go to collections. Nice. Real classy. They’d rather split the payment with a collections agency than with me. And so,

Problem 4: too rigid in policy, you won’t ever talk to a real decision maker.

I’d recommend going with a smaller company you can actually work with. And ideally someone who gives you a quote upfront, fixes it right the first time, and stands by their work.

    In short: go somewhere else.

(Edit: it’s possible we used a different company in the past but that just makes me regret calling even more. Went from 2/3 to 0/1. “Wishing you the best” 🙄)
