Absolute Heating & Air is the number one HVAC company in Utah. Every time I have had an issue, they have been quick to respond, great communicators, skilled technicians, and incredibly affordable! I have been so surprised how affordable their services have been when I’ve had them come in for repair, or tuneup, or anything!

I contacted Absolute Air on a referral. My AC went out one night and they were able to make it out to me the next morning. Their tech was on top of it, fast and efficient. My AC was back running by noon. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

***The response to my review “by the owner” is either ironic or straight up deception with how inaccurate their representation is. If they actually “cared” they would use their time to call me and work something out(which I have tried to do many times) instead of writing out a 40 line defense for their dismal service. I’m only here wasting my time writing because I have no other power here. Just call me and actually listen and I’ll take it down***

Unfortunately Absolute Air comes out, spends half the day at your house(because they charge per hour), leaves with a very surface level fix which will stop working in a day, doesn't give you big picture knowledge about your system, doesn't warranty their work, and won't work with you to remedy the situation after the fact(unless you pay the outrageous initial invoice that didn't fix the problem).
Susan is very nice but she's a front so that no one with any real influence has to hear from you. It's a classic big company that is so removed from their customers that they don't care.

Had some questions about my HVAC needs, the owner took my call late into the evening, and was very patient and helpful in answering all my questions. The owner is a stand up guy, and they all work hard to do their work well and in a timely manner.

We have had nothing but problems with this company since they installed our swamp cooler last year. After the installation, we shut it down for the season. This Spring the high fan stopped working. After they came to repair it, it started knocking whenever we ran it. When they came to fix it this afternoon, they disconnected the water pump and it began leaking. I tried to get ahold of them for 3 hours with no response, finally at 8pm they said they would be here right away. They never showed up. I would not recommend them.

We scheduled HVAC system maintenance for our home before the season change. The technician cleaned the unit, checked the filter housing, and inspected duct airflow. He even answered a couple small questions about thermostat settings. Overall the service felt very organized.
