I called half a dozen plumbing companies looking for some help with a clogged drain backing up into my basement utility room. Everyone I spoke with pointed me to Drain Tech. I gave them a call and they had a tech at my house the same day. In very short order the line was cleared and the pipe was flowing properly. 100% would recommend them every time.

Drain Tech was able to respond same day, within 3 hours of my call. Rep showed up on time, listened carefully to my description of the problem and had it resolved within an hour. Very pleased with their service and will use them again.

Drain Tech came out to fix a problem that another plumber couldn't fix. They cleared the drain, scoped the line, and ensured that the problem was resolved. It was MUCH cheaper than other services that I got quotes for, more professional, and better quality. This is the first time I've used them, but it won't be the last! (Well, I mean, I hope it's the last time I need a drain cleaned, but probably not!)

We had a pretty serious shower clog on a Sunday.
Drain tech was able to get their technician ,Chris, out to our house within a couple hours.
Although the problem wasn’t able to be resolved due to no fault of Drain Tech, Chris took his time and went through all options available and was able to diagnose the issue, leaving us in the best position possible to get to further address our issue.
He was very professional and patient.
