We had a pretty serious shower clog on a Sunday.
Drain tech was able to get their technician ,Chris, out to our house within a couple hours.
Although the problem wasn’t able to be resolved due to no fault of Drain Tech, Chris took his time and went through all options available and was able to diagnose the issue, leaving us in the best position possible to get to further address our issue.
He was very professional and patient.
We don’t typically leave reviews, but good customer service can be difficult to find so we wanted to shout out Chris at Drain Tech for their awesome service!

Darin Tech Provided underground sewer scoping to help us understand the existing condition of the drains. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. He diligently worked through the difficult to access clean out drain to ensure there was a spot to scope the pipe and provide actionable information to help us determine what repairs should be taken.

Kitchen Sink was clogged. Unable to clear it on my own. Drain Tech came very timely to help and had it cleared in just a short time. they were so great to work with and I was very happy with the service. I'll definitely call them again.

As much as it sucks having sewer problems, these guys are terrific. Jonny was super attentive and worked dilligently to clean the roots out and get us back to functioning. great communication and on time service. great job, would definitely use next time.

My only hesitation in giving the company a five-star review is due to a lack of communication regarding pricing. We had our drain scoped and also completed a power flush; however, I was not informed in advance that the power flush would be an additional $425 on top of the $250 service fee to scope the drain. I would not have done that service if I would have known. I only learned of the total cost of $675 at the end of the appointment. I was shocked and left feeling mislead and upset.

Steven was prompt and helpful. He took the time to clean things up and to explain the issues. He was able to solve my problem within an hour and gave me advice on how to prevent it in the future. Would definitely use again but hopefully won’t need to!

Came quickly, made decision on how to access line. Did job line was cleared, mess from machine was cleaned up, toilet replaced and stairs to basement was cleaned. Professional and knowledgeable. Will call again if needed.

I initially had some issues with sewage backing up. The original tech arrived on time and snaked the drain. We were out of town for a few days after that and upon returning we noticed that it was still some issues with backing up which only happened with high water usage. I called back and they were able to arrange something on Halloween evening. They were very accommodating and went the extra mile to really get to the bottom of what was going on. Using a camera they were able to determine that there was a soft clog occurring in a belly. They gave me a lot of useful info such as the direction of the sewage line which runs entirely under the house. They even provided me a quote to install and access point to flush out the line if the issue occurs again down the road.

The information and awareness of all the aspects affecting the sewage draining was extremely useful. No other company had provided detailed information explaining where really was going on, but drain tech definitely knows what they're doing. They even took the time to show me the camera and explain exactly where the belly was and gave me some pointers to help keep the issue from occurring.

I highly recommend them over any of the large franchise companies like Roto-Rooter because drain tag actually cares about their customers.

My technician was Eli. To me he is a genius. He assessed my drain issue. Told me exactly where I would need to break into my concrete floor to find the problem. He was exactly correct and accurate in locating the problem and I’m sure he saved me hundreds of dollars in plumber cost. I can’t recommend him any higher, he is great.
