He called with his estimated arrival time and showed up early. We learned step by step what he was doing and why. His communications and work was great!

I was warned to get someone from this company who was very experienced and clean. I asked for such a person, and they sent Johnny. Johnny came an hour before he was scheduled to come. He was over the top respectful, kind, clean, and experienced! He did a great job! He cleaned up after himself, and he explained to me what was going on. I felt like the price was reasonable for what he did. Thank you, Johnny!

We had a difficult clog in our secondary waste water line. A different contractor made two attempts to clear the line but was unsuccessful, and told us we would have to jack hammer our basement floor to repair the pipe. We called Drain Tech, who showed in a very timely manner, and successfullly cleared the obstruction. They even followed up with us the next day to ensure all was well. This is an awesome company and I fully recommend them to anyone experiencng pipe or drain issues.

Johnny did a great job for us. It was a difficult job as it was in an older home and many roots were were blocking the system. He jetted it out. He was so pleasant and kind. Highly recommend Johnny and draintech for service! Great price too! Thank you Johnny for a job well done and quick service.

Drain Tech was amazing! It was very easy to get scheduled and they were able to get us in the very next day. Eli was great! He was very thorough and explained what he was doing well, and left our home cleaner than he had found it which was surprising and super helpful! Will 100% be calling them again and requesting Eli if we ever need it!

We had a slow, clogged garage sink, and also needed our sewer line checked. I called Drain Tech yesterday, and was able to get this scheduled first thing this morning! John came out right on time. He was polite, thorough, and did a great job! He explained all the details to make sure we understood what he'd be doing, and recommended some optional future services. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Our tech, Jonny, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently while explaining the process at each step. We had another great experience with Drain Tech Company. Eli has been to our home before, and once again he exceeded expectations. We were having an issue with our main drain line in the basement leading out to our septic tank. Eli immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done.

He was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. He offered clear guidance on the best solution, which we approved, and then completed the job efficiently and professionally.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for our home. He carefully removed and reinstalled the toilet, laid down towels, and kept everything clean throughout the entire repair. When he finished, everything was working perfectly and the area was spotless.

Eli is a true model of excellent customer service. A++ all the way. We highly recommend Drain Tech Company and will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

I spent days trying to figure out where the clog was and even rented equipment and got no where. I got quotes from other plumbing services that bid 5 times more the drain tech and there was no way I could afford their prices. I set up and appointment and this Eli feller shows up and within 10 minutes pin pointed and cleared the clog and explained there was a PVC pipe pedruding into the original Cast Iron pipe a handy man installed years ago. So to say Eli is awesome and saved me a ton of time and money and took care of the problem quickly and id highly recommend Drain Tech to anyone before calling any of those over advertised over priced companies. Thank again Drain Tech. 🙂

We had a plumbing issue late at night and were originally scheduled for a 1–3 PM window the following day, but Isaiah and David called ahead and were able to come much earlier, which was such a relief.
They were both so kind, professional, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly (turns out “flushable” wipes aren’t so flushable 😅), got right to work, and had everything cleared within about an hour. They handled both the toilet and crawlspace main line and got everything flowing again.
Super respectful, no pressure, and very fair pricing. In a stressful situation, they made the whole experience so much easier. I’d definitely call them again. 💯 recommend these guys. Also, the receptionist that I spoke to that scheduled them was super cool and made me feel at ease.
