This is my first experience in hiring someone to clean my home and I am so very happy that tidy nest and myself cross paths. The experience from start to finish was a top notch. I truly appreciated the follow up phone calls to my initial request and after the cleaning. I also appreciated the emails notifying me a couple days before. It is very easy to set up your dashboard through their site and make any edits if necessary. Alessandra was on time, very nice and she did a great job. I am quite picky. I already have her scheduled for another cleaning.

Mirela and her team have cleaned our home for years. I’ve never thought of switching because they show up on time, they are thorough, if they miss something and I tell them they are always so grateful I let them know and they fix it, etc. I’ve recommended many family and friends to them that have used them for years also. I would highly recommend them!

I was most unimpressed. Quality of work was very low. They did not clean what was asked of them and attempted to clean things we did not ask for. They literally threw the dishes in the dishwasher along with the silverware in the rack. The ladies were in the kitchen and were talking the entire time instead of working. Felt like they were at a family reunion and taking a vantage of me as I had to be working while I trusted them to be cleaning. For the amount of money I spent this was absolutely unethical and unacceptable
