VIP Cleaning Services really came through for us after we had a tough few months. I was recovering from a surprise surgery after that made it disorienting to move. On top of this my partner/caregiver also was notified to work unexpected mandatory overtime hours shortly after. Along with the holiday craze, all of this equaled to basic household tasks being neglected and that feeling of depression starting to settle in. We asked for help from numerous of nearby cleaning services, but they had rates that were either super expensive, were hard to work with to get things scheduled or refused to meet our budget for what we needed done for the situation we were in. When we called VIP, we were met with a nice manager who listened to our situation with kindness.

After a consultation, inspection of our home, and an agreed upon price, VIP's team arrived early ready with all kinds of supplies. Their team graced us with friendly and empathetic attitudes. You could tell they have seen everything and did a great job making us feel comfortable stating that things like this happen and that there is nothing to be ashamed about asking for help when your life gets out of control. Beyond just being professional, we really appreciated how they genuinely listened to our concerns and even asked what not touch, what to clean around, and what needed the most attention. It was like they were fighting for us to get the best value for our money.

Afterwards, they got straight to work. They did AMAZING! They disinfected all 3 floors of our house, bedrooms, bathrooms, all main living areas, and inside/out of our appliances. They even cleaned/dusted the water heater, furnace, and water softener in our basement! They were incredibly thorough from light fixtures to baseboards, walls, toilets, showers, windows/mirrors and more. They even went out of their way to partner with another service to help them steam clean our carpets to get old pet stains out and made our carpets feel like new. After we came back, we were in awe how luxurious our home felt. It was clean and pristine. Our cat and dog were even laying in places they wouldn't normally, enjoying how soft and clean everything was. We couldn't be more appreciative of the thoughtfulness and amount of care VIP put and continues to put into our home.

We have asked them back plenty of times now. From basic maintenance or bigger projects like a recent burst pipe in our basement. We have always had a great experience with their work that leaves us satisfied. They work with your budget and are very loyal to their customers. Our family, friends, and guests who have visited our home since we've worked with VIP have commented without fail how clean and welcoming our house feels. Love VIP Cleaning! They are great to work with. They are cheerful and do a fantastic job cleaning my house. I can tell them what needs extra attention or deep cleaning and they just go for it. Had them clean after a remodel too. They cleaned all my plants, walls, on top of the cupboards, pictures, all my pots and pans/plates/glasses etc. Everyone needs VIP Cleaning.

I 100% recommend this company! They were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, their pricing is affordable, and they did an amazing job. I hired them to do a move out/deep clean on an apartment that was really dirty. I gave them my budget and they were able to get everything done in the amount of time I booked, and the cleaners were very friendly. Plus they did such a good job! Everything looked great when they were done.
I have hired cleaners to do move out cleans several times and am usually less than satisfied, there is always something that is missed.

Fantastic work done on my home. I asked for a deep clean of my kitchen, floors, bedroom, bathrooms, and windows and wasn’t disappointed. I love how clean and sparkly everything turned out with every detail well taken care of. The price was more than fair and I will most likely call on them again in the future.

They communicated arrival the day before, and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. The staff was incredibly friendly and they did an amazingly thorough job; carefully removing dirt and build up in small areas and paid attention to behind appliances. Communication was top notch.
