The cleaning team was friendly and cleaned well. Maybe not quite to the level of a deep clean I had requested in some areas.

Unfortunately, there was some damage to a couple bathroom faucets as a result of an overlay abrasive cleaning tool. However, after resolving a technical issue with phone systems and speaking with Sergio, we were able to arrange solution to the scratched faucets.
