And my tech was Canyon Hunter he was great, very informative, told me just what he was going to do and did it and even went the extra mile with fixing a leak from my tube that connects to my fridge icemaker and my bathroom sink got some extra care. The price was very fair saved over 650. Clint did an amazing job getting our very old HVAC system back in tip top shape. Our heat went out in the middle of winter on some of the most freezing days. We originally had one company come out and they fixed it, only for it to break down again a few days later, after several hundred dollars were spent. Clint came out ASAP and ensured each part of the system was updated that was necessary to keep it functioning correctly long term. Happy to confirm that our heat has been working since he stopped by and no issues whatsoever

My shower drain was clogged and Service Experts sent someone the same day I called them. Daren was great about explaining the options, and had the drain fixed quickly. Thanks Daren!

The blower for my furnace wasn't working. Chad came out same day and got it back up and running in just a few minutes. Have had very good response times and experience with this company.

I had great service from Aire Serv, and I love the energy saving central air unit I got from them a few years ago. Unfortunately Aire Serv doesn't seem to exist anymore. They sold their number and others answer their former phone number now. In addition the address for this location is a dollar store, and the new name for this fake location, now under the name "Magna Heating and Air Conditioning" is not valid. There is no heating/AC service here. It's a dollar store location with a phone number that goes to any number of other service providers that bought the number.

I am long-time customer going back to when this shop was called Thompson and Sons Service Experts in 2000. Over the years, they have installed multiple AC and furnaces for me. Jeremy and Mourn installed a new AC unit in my home on 28 May 2020. They were both efficient and respectful and did a great job keeping my house clean during installation. I would highly recommend them!

Without any warning our water heater went out late on Friday afternoon. We thought we would have to go the entire weekend with no hot water, but we called Service Experts just in case. They came right out and saw the problem. Matthew Chard was our Service Technician. He was so kind and thoughtful the entire time he was working. He went out of his way to explain things to use and give us counsel on how we could take better care of our water heater and water softener. He had to redo all of the lines into the water heater which took a lot of work with pipes, fittings, etc. He was thorough, tested everything, and made sure we were in good shape. He even checked the gas valves on our fire places. Matthew did a great job. Would highly recommend him. We were very pleased with our experience with Service Experts.

The installation team for our new furnace was so efficient. They finished the job faster than expected and everything works perfectly.

Magna Heating & Air Conditioning comes highly recommended. They are reasonably priced, dependable, and quick. The issue was promptly resolved when the technician clearly described it. Magna Heating & Air Conditioning will be used once more without a doubt.

Post-installation follow-up call was amazing! A senior tech called a week after our new system was installed. Asked specific questions about airflow in different rooms, thermostat operation, and any unusual sounds. Offered to come back immediately if anything wasn't perfect. That level of care after the sale is rare!

We booked a furnace maintenance service for our home in Little Valley, and the technician was very thorough. Everything is running smoothly now.
