We have an older AC unit that had an exposed wire that caused an electrical arc in our AC unit that blew out the capacitor and fan blades. Jamie from Right Away Plumbing Heating and Air came out right away and found the issue. They had the parts ready to go the next morning and got our AC unit back up and running in no time. The owner Sean came over to see how it was going and make sure we were taken care of. Their service and pricing could not be beat. We will get a new AC unit soon and they are the guys we will use to install it. Highly recommend Right Away Plumbing Heating and Air.

Right Away was fast and great to work with! John was the plumber that came out to do a home plumbing inspection. Had his tools with him, performed little fix ups(didn’t charge extra for easy quick fixes)didn’t feel like he was nickel and diming us, very straight forward. They also fixed a piece in our furnace. Same story, got out here next day, no issues and prices seem very reasonable. Highly recommend Right Away!

He came very quickly to our house to help solve our problem, he did a great job, and great customer service! And we signed up for our yearly maintenance contract. It's at a very affordable price.

My A/C went out the eve before the hottest day of the year. I looked online for the three closest companies that could help and sent in service requests online. Right Away Plumbing, Heating & Air acted true to their name and responded within 45 minutes of my plea for help, and this was even after business hours! I was scheduled for the following morning.

Korey came out and listened to my concerns, checked on everything possible inside (found my filter was in the wrong position) and explained to me why it is important to have it in the correct way. Then we ventured outside to find that the unit wasn't "kick starting"...no fan working and just a loud buzzing sound. He jumped right on getting inside to find the problem, and when he did he explained all the many ways to fix it that fit my budget. I sure did appreciate that! He ran for parts and I was up and running an hour later just before the sweltering afternoon heat hit.

Matt was amazing! He was so friendly and got our work done quick. He answered all of my questions and gave great insight into what would be best for us and our home. He explained upkeep to keep everything running well for years to come. I’d highly recommend this company and Matt.

We ended up getting a Navien 240 A tankless water heater and a new water softener.

Our AC broke down on a Sunday and our service tech Holland was awesome. He was able make it to our house at the beginning of the window provided, and he continued to go above and beyond fixing just the part needed and very quickly got us back in business with a running AC unit. He did a great job.

My AC went out and these guys saved my day. Shawn was really knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get my unit up and running the same day I also had some plumbing issues that Kevin and John were also able to fixed. really clean work I would recommend them to anybody

These guys were amazing! I messaged them on a Tuesday night when our rental property’s AC went out, they came to check things out on Wednesday, and by Friday we had a new AC and furnace installed.
Korey was the one who came to inspect everything. He was very thorough and checked everything on the furnace as well. He explained everything to me and we went over all our options as far as repairs. They give you options from a “bandaid” fix to a premium repair. I appreciated that he didn’t just try and upsell us right away. After determining that it was looking like we may need to replace it all (it was 24 years old 😬) Shawn was able to come out within 2 hours to talk us through all the options as far as replacements went. He explained all the options to us and did his best to get us the best deal with what we needed. He also discovered that we didn’t have a return air vent in our basement and said he would add one of those in for us at no cost. I never felt pressured to purchase the higher package and felt like we got a good deal for what we got.
Shawn was able to get two of his guys out there by Friday. Gavin and Jason were at the house first thing Friday morning and worked through the day. They had a lot to do with uninstalling the old AC and furnace, installing new ones which required a little bit of moving of parts, and creating a new return air vent. They were quick and efficient and by the afternoon the house was cooling down beautifully!
We were super appreciative of the quick response, how personably they were, and not feeling like we were just a sales deal. They were thorough and real with us about what needed to be done and what they thought was the best option for us. They would have totally done the “bandaid” repair without pressuring us to get new equipment, but we knew it was just time to replace.
I loved working with a smaller company that makes you feel more like family! I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to all our family and friends!

We had Right Away, do an inspection of our plumbing that they offered free of charge. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us great suggestions for improving our home. He even kindly handed me our Amazon package on the porch upon leaving. Highly recommend using right away, plumbing heating and air!

Kevin and Lucas replaced our two old water heater tanks with a new tankless water heater. They explained everything about the process and did a great job! They also cleaned up the area! Thank you for updating everything.

Korey was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also took the time to walk me through everything, explaining my options clearly and offering multiple service and pricing choices. He completed the AC tune-up efficiently, and the cost ended up being less than what my home warranty quoted- which was a pleasant surprise. The appointment was scheduled quickly, and as someone living in a very old home, I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise. After dealing with a string of less-than-reliable HVAC techs this past year, it was such a relief to finally have someone local, trustworthy, and kind! I’ll definitely be calling Right Away Plumbing, Heating, and Air again for any future needs.

John was amazing!!! He was able to help us last minute when we had our sewer line get clogged, showed us what it looked like on the scope, cleaned it out as best was possible, showed it to us again, and gave us an idea what mitigation needs to be done to solve the issue permanently. I would highly recommend him for his friendly yet professional attitude and excellent service!

had a great experience with right away plumbing. we had a pretty disastrous issue that led to us having to throw out some of our stuff. John was able to get out to us right away to help out. Our home is a bit older with a unique layout and John was able to give us some really helpful insights that a couple other plumbing companies weren't able to. if you're looking for help these are definitely your guys

Kevin was great. He was very knowledgeable and transparent with our water heater maintenance we needed. He got us up to code.

Thanks to Adam for answering my text late at night to answer some questions I had regarding a leaking pipe. After some text back and forth we found what the issue was and he was able to send out Matt the next morning to get our water heater replaced and upgraded. Matt showed me around our new system and made sure I had a basic understanding of what work was done and how to do upkeep and a general comprehension of the craft.

On a side note Matt himself was a really awesome guy that had great jokes, exceeded my expectations in not flooding my house and gave some help with additional questions I had regarding a water softener.
