It is not easy finding appliance service providers in Park City. It's even harder finding someone who is punctual, knowledgable, and fixes issues quickly. It's a pain to finally get someone to come over, then they do an assessment, then they order parts which takes several days or weeks, then deal with dispatch to get the person back out to fix the issue. Not with Enzo! Enzo and team responded within minutes of my request via Home Depot Online Pro Network. Showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window, diagnosed the problem, and stocked up on parts in preparation prior to coming! Enzo is professional and a very warm person. Showed up prepared, diagnosed, and had the parts on hand to fix my dishwasher. This all happened within 48 hours of me filling out a form on Home Depot. My recommendation to anyone in the area is to hire Enzo and Latin Appliances for all you appliance needs. Reach out to him directly instead of going through Home Depot to save a step. Thanks again Enzo, you are officially my appliance guy for life.

The dispatcher was proactive and quick to let me know what to expect. The technician was also very personable and gave a reasonable course of action for my oven. He also come within the time window which I appreciate. I think this is a great company

After calling several places I had a good feeling when I finally called Lat8n Appliances. Enzo showed up just before the scheduled time knew right away what my issue was. Got right in and fixed it. Even took extra to put on the kick plate which was never in place to start with.
Will be using Enzo and this business again in the future!

Enzo came to repair my dishwasher he was assigned as a second opinion by my home warranty because the company before just kept saying there wasn’t anything wrong with it when there clearly was. Enzo listened to everything we said we even had videos to show what it was doing because it had been months that we had been dealing with this issue. The other company didn’t even do anything they just pushes start and said it’s not doing anything while we are here and left. But Enzo knew exactly what he was doing pulled the door off looked at everything had it quickly diagnosed and knew the circuit board needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and they returned and put the new parts in. We finally have a working dishwasher. Thank you guys for finally listening and fixing our dishwasher! You guys are the best!!!

Enzo was super awesome! He was professional, competent, and very efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty thermostat), made the necessary replacement and thoroughly cleaned the coils and other parts of the fridge that needed maintenance. He kept the area clean and gave me advice on how to better maintain this older unit. It was quick and easy to get an appointment, they came at the beginning of the 2-hour window and with a text notice on when he was one the way. He was done in under an hour. Definitely recommend!

We met Enzo before he started his own business. We liked his work enough to recommend him to others then. We’ve followed him as he’s started his own company, and continue to refer others when they need an honest and reliable appliance repairman. He’s the best! I appreciate that he lets you know going in what kind of price tag you’re looking at, so you can know whether it’s worth it or not.

I had a scheduled appointment with them. They then changed the appointment time to a different one without any notice too me. I had taken time off work to get this repaired and had to take even longer off due to this.

Sent a technician that spoke no English so I had to communicate thru someone over the phone who then would translate to the technician.

Then they put a sticker on my washer without asking.

They also didn't repair the washer correctly.

I dont recommend them to anyone. Honestly ill just have a different company come out and fix the issue.

This was a warranty repair for a Bosch Dishwasher. We started this in early December and it took weeks. Here we are in February and ever since he made the repairs it’s been making a noise now it is shut off because the pan at the bottom is flooded. The noise was like a loud rocking noise. Very displeased because what the repairman should’ve done was to take it apart first and find out all the things that were wrong and then order the parts instead, he ordered the parts before ever even looking at it only to find out that wasn’t the problem so we had to send for more parts. Hence the delays this happened more than once. The company then sent apart what she said that’s not the right part. I need to order another part that fits this improved metal part. And even when it was finished, it made a loud almost rocking noise. I had to pay extra to replace the hose line. I also paid them to work on our dryer. Now the dryer makes a loud noise after he replaced the belt line. And I also paid him to clean out the dryer vent to the exterior which he said he wasn’t able to do because it bends. The whole thing just felt very unsuccessful and I’m totally not pleased. The dryer was working better before he fixed it. I’m sure you could make an argument that well just everything was going wrong and it was a series of whatever but I just don’t trust this service anymore and I’m gonna try to find somebody else to go to.

Here I am a month and a half down the road and the dryer that they put a new belt on was the wrong size belt. It was too wide the dryer chewed it up and made a loud banging noises as the pieces smacked against the side of the thing. I just added pictures. Unbelievable. What can I say? I’m greatly disappointed.

We started to clean out our vent for the dryer, which Latin Appliances Repair For Home Depot attempted and said they couldn’t finish when we found this brush stuck in there completely blocking the vent. Since we’ve never done that before, and it looks brand new, it obviously belong to Latin Appliances Repair For Home Depot when it got stuck. Unbelievable.

I called to schedule an appointment to install new lighting fixtures on my front and side porch. They came out within 2 days and did an excellent job, price very reasonable. I will use them again and I do recommend them for your electrical needs

I messed up the wiring for a couple light switches and a ceiling fan. Nothing worked. It was a complicated mess. Justin straightened it out toot sweet. Outstanding work. Would recommend to anyone.

Justin is awesome!!! I had a breaker that was tripped and wouldn't reset. I had no kitchen lights, microwave, outside plug or porch light. He came in and started testing and found that it was some bad wiring on an old light on the back of my house that had been removed. He was able to take care of it. This guy knows what he's doing!!!

I did not know Justin ahead of time but he was highly recommended to me by an individual in Salt Lake. I live in Brigham City. I didn’t think there was any way that Justin would drive all the way to Brigham after a full day of work. He certainly did and he worked hard for about 2 1/2 hours and got the electricity run to get our hot tub hooked up. I was impressed with his can-do attitude and he did it the same day that it was mentioned to him. He said if he doesn’t come right then, he might lose out on the work. I love that attitude! He’s the type that will do it when he says he will and it was well done.

Justin did an AMAZING JOB! He came out to install flood lights, then I decided I would like to add more lighting and outlets in the basement, he was quick with great pricing. Definitely recommend!

Justin is fantastic! We needed a 240v outlet put in our garage to charge our Tesla Model Y. Justin was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, did great work, and had very fair prices. We will be going to Justin for all our future electrical needs.
