Tech showed up and insisted I run water to prove I had a blockage after we had spent all day cleaning up sewage. So we run the water and it pukes up sewage exactly like I told him it would. He don’t want to clean up the mess and he drove away. Before all of this he spent 30 minutes trying to upsell me a 30k dollar new sewer line because he says mine is outdated, literally without inspecting it at all.
Incompetent, lazy, useless!

Highly recommend Right Away! They’re timely, knowledgeable and have great prices. It’s not a hour of hard upsell like the big companies.

We had a bad leak under our kitchen sink. Justin Fillmore was our plumber that came out fast to help us. He was so good and fast. He referred John Snider that deals with restoration for the damage that occurred. We love them both! Thank you for being so helpful, fast and honest!

Matt with Right Away Plumbing was excellent! He provided a fair and honest quote, got us scheduled quickly, and being local to Stansbury made it even more convenient. He fixed everything that needed to be done efficiently and took the time to explain how everything worked. The job was completed quickly, and he left the house neat and clean. Matt was awesome and beyond knowledgeable about tankless water heater systems. I now have the UNLIMITED hot shower I’ve always wanted. He is a true master plumber and we will be calling him for all our plumbing needs.

I want to give an amazing 5 stars to mountain side plumbing they were quick to respond and very professional they came on a last min notice and fixed my toilet that sprung a leak. I highly recommend giving these guys a call! Will definitely be calling them for future needs.

Great experience! Val and Gino did a great job installing a new elbow pipe in our main sewer line. They were professional, cleaned up their mess and overall it was a great experience! Travis has also been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional!!

Changing my 1 star review to a five. Because after waiting all day the owner Shawn was willing to work with us on the price and was finally able to get a tech out to our house to snake our toilet.

Honestly Nick, the tech that they sent was phenomenal and I wanted this review to be a reflection of how professional, understanding, and how quickly he was able to unclog our toilet. Nick definately deserves a 5 star shout out.

Amazing company!! They came out fast, even on the weekend. Nick was our guy and he was very honest with everything needed. If you’re in the need of plumbing, please give them a chance for a quote. We are extremely pleased with them.

Andy came out to service our broken air conditioner when it was 100° outside. He first got dirty and cleaned the condenser outside. He was quick and got it fixed that day. Andy was very clean and kind. He explained everything so that I understood what happened and what he did to fix it. Super impressed.
We also had from Matt from Canada come out about a month ago and install a tankless water heater. We love our tankless! Matt was very respectful and a funny guy. Highly recommend this company to my friends and family. We'll call again.

Matt came in and got us informed, helped us make the right decision for us, set my systems up correctly, and performed AMAZINGLY clean work! I am so happy I had them complete this work on my home. Matt from Canada was absolutely phenomenal. We were without hot water for a few days and when he arrived he reviewed the problem, provided us with thorough estimates, and then completed the swap same day. Even with our transition to tankless taking many hours he was kind, considerate, and of course extremely knowledgeable. Happy to have worked with Right Away!

Adam always delivers exceptional service from start to finish. He is professional, efficient, and happy to share his knowledge to educate you on things you can do yourself to save money. He isn't about gouging your pocketbook but rather about good honest service for a reasonable price. He also won't sit there and try to sell you something you don't need.

It was different when I called Adam. He was able to effectively diagnose the problem, re-wire the unit and program the thermostat that had been put on the wrong settings! I’ve had this company help me out a few different times. I found that the quality of their work to be very high. Adam, the owner has a deep knowledge of both commercial and residential HVAC. Contractors are not always punctual, but this company says what they’re going to do and does what they say. Highly recommend.
