Enzo was awesome! He came out the same day and diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs right away. He was kind, polite, and expert in understanding and fixing the problem. He quickly got to work and got our fridge back up and running.

The only reason it’s not a 5-star review is because he left the kitchen pretty dirty after doing the work. Maybe that’s standard for repairmen, but I’ve had several in my home who made sure to clean up their work space after completing the job.

I give them 4.8/5 stars. They were great at diagnosing and repairing the problem.

My fridge was broken a week ago and I was searching for a technician and luckily I found Latin Appliances this guys are the best the guide me through out the process to get a new motor for my fridge also they’re very friendly and knowledgeable at what they are doing, great staff, I highly recommend it very honest people so if you’re looking for a tech don’t hesitate and call Latin appliances to me 5 star rating the best!!!

Great service & people that came out. Got the diagnostic quick. Labor was shocking so we ended up buying new since the price was not too different.

Our dishwasher stopped filling with water and I was out of my depth trying to troubleshoot. I called Latin Appliances and they had someone out in a few days and had us back up and running. Luis was awesome and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else with appliance woes!

We had called around to several places and nobody would come out to fix our oven because it was a unique brand. They came out promptly and were very precise in their diagnosis and communications excellent on letting us know how much it would be and when they would be coming to fix it. For sure we’ll be using them again.

They scheduled me for next day dishwasher repair super quick! And they fixed the problem! Very nice and respectful I really liked them. I will be using them again for any appliance issues I have in the future! 10/10 would recommend!

The response time was quick, and they quoted a $99 fee to diagnose the issue. However, I had already sent pictures of the problem, so there really wasn’t much diagnosing left to do. They also mentioned that the repair cost would include the diagnosis fee, but the price they quoted for a simple heating element replacement was excessive.

My biggest complaint is that after I declined the repair, my range was never reconnected. That lack of thoroughness really stood out and left a poor impression.

Enzo and Luis did a great job with both our GE dryer and Bosch dishwasher. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. I can easily recommend them to service your appliances.

This company is always courteous and does great work. They keep you very informed about when they will be there, what needs to be done, and what the cost will be.

Latin Appliances was contracted for a washing machine repair through our home warranty company. I was thrilled with how quickly they contacted me, arrived to assess the problem and ordered a new machine. They were attentive, knowledgeable and speedy! I'll definitely keep their number!

Although the tech sent did not speak English, I was able to work with him very well. He spent time on the phone with the local office to ensure he was replacing the correct part. LG sent multiple replacement parts and the affected part was properly replaced. The tech was very careful with the fridge and the working area. Overall, this went very well. Thank you for the fix!

I found Latin Appliances on the internet and they had a lot of great reviews so I thought I would give them a try. They were great! They were able to schedule me the next day. They were up front and fair in their pricing letting me know exactly what the issue was, what needed to be done, and how much it was going to cost. This was all discussed prior to any work being done. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it within the hour. I would happily use them again and refer any one of my friends to their shop!
