We called S&B Plumbing Services when our water heater died. At first it was going to be a 3-day delay, but Brian the owner said that was too long, so Brian & Pat came out within 2 hours and replaced our old water heater with a new Rheem water heater. After the wonderful installation of the new unit, they cleaned up the residue from the old water heater! Good work on the new installation, and it is working great! Brian & Pat were very pleasant & professional! We should also note that the receptionist/secretary, Ms. White, was very knowledgeable about water heater brands & prices and was very helpful over the phone. Ron & Debbie West Haven
Recently we had a VERY bad drain issue. Turned out the city had broken some concrete in a repair it it settled where my line connected. UGH! My S & B fellas got it fixed - it was a toughy that may have cause a lesser plumber a long time. Not these guys! They also found the last of a 'non-code' drain issue that had been bugging me for years - some sewer smell sometimes backed up because of the old 'drum' system. I scheduled another visit with them and Conor took care of it very professionally! Everything was clean and running smooth in just 3 hours. Considering the problems of old houses, I'm just delighted at the service and the price AND the people. THANK YOU!!!

Jason was great to work with. They got me scheduled right away. It wasn’t a huge emergency but Jason came over the same day I called to check on exactly what needed to happen. Part of the work required outside machinery. Jason coordinated that and this crew were great to work with. Jason finished up the inside work and we had water again! They were very professional, quick in assessing the problem and the best part; the mess or work area was left much, much better than expected!! Very happy with the work and the price!!
After using at least 5 other plumbing companies, I found Jayson with S&B! What a difference! He knew what he was talking about and showed me charts and explained everything so I could make informed decisions! He empowered me and made me feel like I was part of the solution. He then gave reasonable prices and did a terrific job! We then went over everything done and I got to see his professionalism and skill in a job well done! I will not be using ANYONE else! Jason is a great plumber, very helpful and extremely fast. He was able to solve both our slow draining kitchen sink and the leak in our bathroom sink in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything very well and made recommendations to prevent future issues. My husband and I are both very pleased with the service we received and will use S&B Plumbing again in the future.
