Aaron came out diagnosed the problem with my GE front loading washer the same day I called. He was knowledgeable and friendly — and he also got the part for my machine much faster than expected, so I up and running again the next day. I definitely recommend this business for your appliance repair needs!

Our dryers heating element went out & called these guys & they got us in next day. Weston came out & diagnosed the issue quickly & was able to replace the heating element on the spot. He was super knowledgeable & gave us a lot of tips & info & even cleaned out the vent for us & showed us how to take it apart & clean it to prevent future issues. Great service, 100% would recommend them. Hopefully I dont need a repair for a good long while, but if we do we'll Definitely be calling FAS again. Thank you guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give them 0 stars if I could. By far the worst customer service, and they did a terrible job. We had them come out to repair a washer line. The repair technician was extremely rude. Through the entire repair job he kept huffing and puffing and shouting out profanities. My mother was home alone at this time and felt incredibly uncomfortable. She politely asked him when he’d be finished because she had to leave soon for work (she had told them prior when she had to leave and they said that wouldn’t be a problem) - he told her it was taking longer cause she had a stackable washer dryer, which they knew about when they quoted her and told her how long it would take. She pointed this out and he completely snapped at her to leave him alone. He was so rude she asked him to just please leave her home and that’s when he said he finished the job. He left and when we checked his work we saw he had badly damaged the detergent tray including scratches all around it. She called and spoke to the “owner” of the company and all he did was make excuses, offered no apologies or compensation for the damage, even claiming that no damage was done, and the “owner” was also incredibly rude. These people should not be in business.

Wonderful service & repair. Excellent on education about all appliances in our home. And if we need further assistance we won't hesitate to call Liberty Appliances Service

I had three appliances repaired in May 2023. Since then I have had problems with everyone of the appliances. One of them is an oven that is less than two years old. Not one issue was resolved. I reached out to let the company know about the issues, they didn’t seem to care and I have not got a response back yet. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Darvel (our tech) was great. He was quick, efficient and just plain, a nice guy. Brought all necessary equipment and parts and pointed out some things that I needed to attend to (venting the dryer to the outside), to avoid future hazards. Will definitely used Liberty again :)

Pros: Very responsive to my call to have my dryer looked at; Very professional staff; Moderate trip charge fee; Inform you of the work before doing any work
Cons: Will upsell you on services needed including; High cost of parts and labor when they complete the work

The part to fix my dryer was only $30 but they charged $75. To troubleshoot and fix my dryer took them 45 minutes but labor was $178. I was familiar with the part price and negotiated down a bit because I could have completed the repair myself but was time constrained.

So the good first, they did come out and fix it, eventually. It lasted about a week! The bad, it took over two months to get to this point. In the end we’re out over $600 in parts, many weeks living out of coolers, and still a refrigerator that isn’t fixed. Took over SIX visits!
We’re having to just buy a new refrigerator. Come to find out they’re only in our area one day a week (Roy). The manager was really hard to get a hold of - took arguing with the operator to finally get a call back. I read that there was possibly a change in mgmt earlier & this is what it is now. We’ve used them before with no problems. We’re done with them. Too little, too late, & still a broken appliance!

Our 2 year old dryer stopped working (right after manufacturers warranty expired, ugh!) we hired this company since it was recommended to us. They replaced the broken part, but within a few weeks the dryer (which the handy man kept saying was in excellent condition and was a great dryer and got us out of buying a new one, that we considered after he told us of the high costs of repair) broke again (makes a horribly loud noise that never did before) we called since they offer warranty supposing the failure would be covered by their “warranty”and that was probably linked to their assembly. They just said it was just bad luck and that it needed another piece that would cost $150, Without even inspecting the dryer to diagnose the problem.
We didn’t go with it, looks like their staff get a cut of the services they give.

Since they “fixed it” the dryer felt a bit weird. Now it makes this horrible annoying loud noise, if I tweak the spinning drum it stops, or if it doesn’t have clothes in it, seems like it just wasn’t properly assembled. The worker said that I could open the dryer and oil it and that it should usually take care of the problem. But that he couldn’t do it without changing and charging for the part (that he didn’t even inspect) . So much for warranty…and if he knows oiling is needed for the dryer to function correctly why wouldn’t he do it the first time he “fixed” the dryer.

For the first repair we paid $300 about and the piece online costs $50. Not worth it. We hired thinking it would save us the time to fix it ourselves, we were left on the same boat but with emptier pockets. Just browse online and fix it yourself or find an honest man who does this for a living, not from a bigger place like this one.

Just had one of the techs Jerry come by and finish our oven job. We have had different service men and companies through out the years and never used the same one twice. I think that may change . Jerry was very nice, respectful . Gave me a lot of information and care tips on the appliance he was working on and a few others that were around the house. He seemed very genuine when explaining what was happening and didn’t make me feel like I was being up charged or taken advantage of because I am a women and tend to know less. I definitely appreciated that.
I will keep their card and use them again.

Avoid this company like the plague! They are way overpriced and take advantage of people that don't know better. It's borderline a flat out scam!

Our dryer was taking several cycles to dry clothes so my wife contacted Liberty to come see if it could be repaired. The technician that arrived looked at the machine for 10 minutes then said there were several parts needed, gave her an outrageous price quote of $768 for the repair and then pressured her into giving a $400 deposit so the parts could be ordered.

Our washer and dryer were not high-end units and only cost $600 each new. How is the cost to repair the unit more than buying a brand new unit you might ask? Well based on my research its because Liberty charges you 3-5 times the retail cost for parts! For example, they wanted $227 for a heating element that is $40 online, $90 for washer water hoses that are $25 at Home Depot and $194 for a simple rubber door seal that is $35 online.

So of course, as soon as I saw this quote, I called them (2 hours after the technician left) to cancel this ridiculously overpriced service and request a refund of the deposit and I was told there would be a 25% fee to cancel. Yes that is correct, they wanted almost $200 just to cancel!!!!!

Finally, when I asked for a manager, I was told none were there and they would have one call me back the next day. Never heard from them again until a week later when we get a call asking if we still wanted to schedule the repair......Seriously?!?!?! So I called again and what a surprise, I was told no managers available and to expect a call back tomorrow. Guess we'll see if that happens this time. Will update review with the outcome!

UPDATE: Finally got a call back from a manager named Blake. He had horrible customer service skills and all he wanted to do is argue that their prices are "competitive" and that they provide "great service", even though I pointed out the Huge price difference in the actual cost of parts and what they are charging. In the end they refused to budge on the cancellations fee and I am being charged $188.05 for a technician who spent 10 min looking at our machine and did absolutely nothing. I have filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency and BBB but I doubt anything will be resolved and I'll just have to eat the fee. I just hope this review helps someone else avoid getting taken advantage of by this company.

UPDATE 2: Wow, what a surprise, it only took 2 YEARS for the company to respond and all they can say is we are reviewing our internal processes, which is absolutely meaningless. If you truly want to rectify this situation issue a refund for the $188 and fire that manager who is a horrible representative for your company. Anything less than that is just meaningless words to cover up your deceptive and fraudulent business practices.

One of the techs, Aaron, came to our home to repair the clock on our Whirlpool 25 years plus stove and tighten the oven door handle. Because of its age, the clock could not be fixed. We opted to have the clock disabled. Aaron was upfront about the cost involved and did the work plus tighten the handle. We are pleased with the outcome and would recommend Aaron.

I should have read other reviews before calling. My full story long to tell in detail. They did not end up doing the work because all that was needed was to flip the breaker at the power box. Like others I was asked to pay half up front. RED FLAG. I was also told it would take 3-5 business days for the part and 10 days went by with no call from them. When I figured out the issue on my own they said they'd refund me all but the service call charge. That took 10 full business days. They have poor reviews for good reason. If you need an appliance repair call a company that's honest, efficient, and wants repeat costumers.
