The staff is great to work with and we really enjoy our associations with them! We are happy to be able to join in their efforts to beautify the communities and businesses they care for by providing the flowers each season. We know the importance they put on quality and the great job they do for their clients.

They are just okay and average. Jobs are usually rushed. We experienced a tremendous amount of damage in our neighborhood. The large and rushed machinery would tear up grass and scratch fences when used in small spaces. We had to ask for smaller machines in the tight spaces. The speed bumps and curbs were damaged from snow plows and the lawn had been torn up from snow plows as well. None of these items were ever fixed. We then had a garage door backed into by a snow plow going too fast, we had a sign hit which they tried to just stand back up and leave, we had a fence backed into which they didn't acknowledge and we had a large electrical light pole hit and knocked over and left for a homeowner to find with exposed electrical. These items were fixed once we showed video proof. Some people were great to deal with like Jay in customer service as well as Jason who did the fertilizing and Erik in H2O but everybody else was only about the mony hence the overworked staff who couldn't keep up with tasks like sprinklers and weeding issues. We also had to "fight" and remind them of what was contractually obligated as corners were cut. Living in an HOA can be difficult because you have owners who are not very pleasant and while he would cause an issue from time to time the board would handle it swiftly. The Lawns looked fine for a mow and trim but nothing else to brag about with these guys. I think they are just too big to take on more and keep up properly.

This company handles the landscaping for my HOA. They recently pruned my rose bushes and a pile of thorny branches in the middle of my yard. As I have kids and pets who often play in the front yard, this is an obvious safety hazard that should have been cleaned up by the landscapers. Instead, they left the job half finished.

Aeroscape was an amazing company to work with. Especially Roberto! He was always on top of things. He would send me a property map ever so often, to show me what they would be working on. The property was always in good shape! And Roberto would always make time to let me know I was taken care of! Thank you!!

During a recent snowstorm unfortunately one of their trucks hit our fence early in the morning and fortunately, no one was hurt. We have been so impressed how this company has handled the situation, quickly and effectively in resolving the matter. They couldn’t have been nicer. This company has a tremendous amount of integrity and care in the way they treat people, Something other companies could definitely learn from this company.

The quality of their work was fantastic! We’ve had multiple neighbors compliment our yard and ask which company we went through. If you want high quality work, would highly recommend Aeroscape!

I manage an apartment complex for which Aeroscape handles snow removal and lawn maintenance. My account manager rarely if ever followed up on my request or inquiries. I would give 1 star but my new rep, Gaston, has begun to renew my faith. He always communicates and tells me exactly what is happening with my projects. I would've canceled my contract by now if he hadn't taken over my property. He shows up and follows through unlike before him when the follow through was terrible. Glad to have Gaston. Really glad.

Aeroscape came to our rescue this winter. After receiving less than acceptable service from our previous snow contractor, we were left with snow covered sidewalks and icy roads, leaving many hazardous spots throughout our community and a safety concern for many of our residents. Aeroscape was able to come out and clear our property of ice and snow, providing clear, safe roads and sidewalks to travel.

We have been impressed by the quality of service and look forward to working with them in the future.

We had a major flood behind a home next us that was a result of our water lines, it was a big mess. Jose and Gaston were out 30 min after I called to look at the damage and get me a bid on the repairs. Gaston has made sure that the homeowners yard was put back together quick and is even better than before! He was excellent to work with and followed through with every detail. We look forward to our next project with them!

I worked with this company due to a flood in my yard that was the result of water lines from a business behind my property. The response was great to determine what needed to be done to get my yard put back together. However, communication could have been better. When the crew came to my property to do the work, the lead for the crew, Gaston was not informed of all the work that needed to be done. Gaston made sure that everything was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. He also sent his tech, Eric and crew out quickly to check all my sprinklers and make sure everything was running as it should. Eric made sure I had no issues with any of my lines and sprinklers. Thank you Gaston and Eric!!

They showed up on time, and got straight to work pulling out an unruly bush on my park strip and tending to some other overgrown items. They have done an amazing job so far and have definitely gone above and beyond! I would recommend these guys 10 times out 10!

We reached out to Aeroscape to look into widening our swing set play area and putting down sand underneath the swing set. This was a large task that I didn't want to undertake on my own as it would require a lot of time, but Aeroscape came in and got it finished in just two days! They were great at communicating and fulfilling our needs just as we desired. I would highly recommend them!

This is my first season using Aeroscape for the monthly landscaping at the apartment community I manage, and they did awesome job! FIVE STARS do not begin to describe the beautiful landscaping job that Aeroscape completed for our family under a difficult time crunch, just before the snow began to fly. They took our “new build” lot from a muddy mess to the most beautiful yard we could have imagined. New sod, plant designs, sprinkler and drainage systems, distinctive curbing, rock and pavers, every day the outdoor space of our home became more beautiful than the day before. It was also wonderful to work with a local, family-owned business that met every deadline, kept every commitment, and maintained open and detailed communication throughout the process. Aeroscape’s knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous staff was a dream to work with from initial concepts all the way to completion. They also prevented us from making costly mistakes and going over-budget. We could not be more thrilled with the end result, and give the Aeroscape team our highest recommendation!!

The guys at Aeroscape have put in two different yards for me. Both yards have turned out phenomenal! Pricing was awesome and I could have asked for more. The crew at Aeroscape did a fantastic job on my yard. Removed road-base, put down plenty of top-soil and completed it with a nice sprinkler system and sod. From the initial start through the whole project I was able to contact Tim, Dean, and Sandro, who checked up on things, and made sure my yard was complete to pure satisfaction. They designed a well planned sprinkler system, did a great job grading it out, and backfilled and final graded very flat, and very nice! I can’t thank the folks enough, from management down, for taking very good care of the needs of the property and being spot on with any issues which came along. Overall I am VERY happy with the progress and once it is complete I will fill in with pictures and more information.
