I have worked off and on with different landscapers over the last 10 years and Aeroscape by far are one of the best landscaping companies I have worked with. They are so responsive and very attentive to detail. I love that the owner is hands on and takes pride in his companies work and that the same great guys that started with him are still there, it says a lot about the company. If there is ever a need or a frustration they are out immediately and ensuring we are taken care of and happy.

Great customer service and response time by the team at Aeroscape. I had my yard completely redone in less than two weeks. Management was very responsive to my calls and helped resolve any issues that came about. Would recommend to any friend that’s looking for a residential yard that needs landscaping done.

I knew Aeroscape was the right landscaper to go with the minute I met their estimator. Dean was great to work with, lots of ideas, and instilled my confidence the work would look great. As it turned out the work was exemplary. Dean and the crew who did the job were professional, courteous, and informative along the way.

UPDATE: After leaving this review, one of the salesman showed up at my house middle of my work day with no advance notice or call. He looked at the yard and said what do you want done. Showed him the yard and the area I was hpping to have worked on. He did Not take a single measurement, did Not leave any form of a bid, simply gave me his cell number and said call us when you have a design plan. Um, isn't that part of Why I am hiring a landscape company? And to then reply to my review as if they've done so much, wow! I understand residential yards are smaller jobs, but the customer should be treated respectfully no matter the size of the job. Glad I have not used them!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I have tried to get a quote from this company THREE times in the last few months. Every time I call I am told their project manager will call me within a week. I have NEVER received a call back. Apparently they are not interested in new customers. I will take my business to someone who responds.

Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Aeroscape is top notch and I would be happy to work with them again. They took on a pretty big job in a very small space and knocked it out of the park. They even took the time to fix up areas of my yard that I did not ask them to and stuck to their original quote.

I gave Dean F our vision and let him run with it. He picked out everything from retaining wall blocks, a fire pit design and pavers to plants and river rocks. I could not be happier with the outcome and almost all of my neighbors have joined us in using Dean and the Aeroscape team for their yard.

Stop your search here and give them a call. They will respond right away and do a great job. The team will make sure you are taken care of during and after the project is completed.

These guys were truly a pleasure to work with. They are flexible, honest and try their hardest to work with every type of customer, small and large.

Dean was great and an expert in customer service. He showed up on time and gave accurate estimates.

Aeroscape has provided us with a beautiful front yard of rocks and plants. Water use is now efficient with a great drip system. We worked with Dean, whose excellent ideas and professional guidance was invaluable; the crew was efficient and successful in creating a new look. This company was perfect to replace our too-thirsty lawn.

I would highly recommend this company for landscaping! Aeroscape built us a beautiful retaining wall with pavers, put in grass and trees and a fire pit at our house in South Jordan. They exceeded all my expectations! We worked with Dean who was very responsive and easy to work with. The price was reasonable and the men who worked on the yard were there every day till everything was perfect. Very happy!

This company services our townhome association in Daybreak. They are so great. Thorough and thoughtful. I ran into them at 2:30 in the morning the other day with them clearing the walkways and salting my steps. They are kind and fast. We have been using Aeroscape for two years now servicing our campus here is SLC. They take a lot of pride in their work and the quality of work is superior. The staff is top notice and great at what they do. Dean seams to be always be available and has excellent customer service skills. He always goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy. I couldn’t be happier with Aeroscape! Beautiful design of low water front yard landscape. Workers were professional and hard-working. They cleaned up after they were done. Leadership was responsive and timely. My concerns were immediately addressed and the plans were modified to cover extra additions at very fair costs. Great working with the whole team.

Had a great Experience with Aeroscape. They started within the time frame they gave us and had it all done very quickly. The workers paid close attention to details and made sure we were happy. They communicated really well with us. I would definitely use them again. From start to finish, it was great!

I heard about Aeroscape from a neighborhood Facebook group. Dean, Sandro, and a team of guys worked with me on my front and back yards, and I was really happy with how it turned out! They were able to get me in before the winter season started and were always responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Dean is a great friendly guy and gave me some good ideas for how to get the yard looking nice and modern. Sandro did a great job at addressing some of my questions throughout the process and explaining things. The team as a whole was very efficient and did awesome work.

We were surprised at how effective and fast Aeroscape workers came in and zeroscaped our front yard. We only had a general idea of what we wanted. After the first day, they had totally removed our grass and sculpted a river bed and contoured yard with drip lines in place. Within the next five days boulders 35 plants and rock along with the weed barrier had been installed and the total project was finished within six days. This included pouring eight small concrete pads for a sitting area. Not only were we so pleased at the outcome of the project a couple of our neighbors who doubted our wisdom in doing the zero scape we’re also impressed. We couldn’t believe how efficient and knowledgeable the workers were. No one had to be told what to do. They all knew their job and they did it. I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping project. We love our new yard!

Aeroscape has handled several large residential projects for my company - Sego Homes. They've been competitively priced, responsive, worked quickly, and installed great work. I recommend them. Chelsea, Tim, & Bryson do great work.

I don’t see my review from a few years ago anymore. The lawn ended up looking great but there have been a ton of headaches.

Here is a breakdown of some of the problems we dealt with:

The projected was delayed for months after they ripped everything out.
Right after the install our water main broke.
We had issues that first year, and there have been expensive fixes every year since.
Our brand new backflow preventer cracked.
We also told them to remove our galvanized pipes and I just found a galvanized pipe that’s leaking water.

There’s more I can’t think of right now. With how much we paid I had a higher expectation that wasn’t met.

As they came from far left lane across 4 lanes to make his exit !
Some of us have families to go home to and don't want to be killed because your driver can't plan for his exit better!!!

I15 southbound at 205pm ,started at 400s exit when he came across 4 lanes to make the exit of 1300s,2100s.
Couldn't see truck # cuz he was not letting me catch up 78mph!

Aeroscape did a great job on our landscaping. Although not a large backyard it was rocky with a significant slope. They put in a beautiful retaining wall and nice level area for a patio and lawn. They were on time and on budget. Would use them again.
