Called Luke to come and do some gutter repairs and cleaning. He was able to fit me in the next day. Super nice and reliable. I will for sure use him and LG Rain Gutter in the future. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Luke was awesome! He came out to do a rain gutter repair for us. The work was finished quickly and it looks great. I will be having them come back to install gutter guards. I highly recommend them everyone.

After the quote, Luke came out to show is the product and the gutter covers are so durable. The guys did a great job and were very efficient. I loved that Jorge and his crew were professional and cleaned up nicely after they were finished.

Luke did an amazing job in fixing a poor gutter installation by our builder. He was very customer oriented, courteous, and informative. Will definitely do additional business with his company!!! 5 stars!

Luke was good to come and look at our leaking rain gutters and gave us recommendations for ways we could repair them. We appreciated the many options with prices so we could compare. When he came he worked hard and was fast, and cleaned up everything very nice. He was very fair in the pricing and was very easy to work with. We also appreciated his friendly nature which made it a very good experience!!

Came out for the quote same day I called him and got to work really quickly on a timeline that worked for my schedule. Work was professional and looks really good. He threw in a couple extras for free, like repairing holes left by electricians, which was really nice.

If I could leave no stars I would. Had these guys hang new gutters 9/2022. They left a huge mess when installing them.
Then 5/2024 the gutter above my back door fell down. I called them and they said they would come take a look. They charged me $250 and said it was my fault for not cleaning it out better.
Yesterday the front gutter started falling off. 5 brackets came loose. It’s clean inside so I don’t think that was the problem. But now I had to get up there and repair it myself.
The gutters before these one were there for 18 years before they started leaning down.
Update: Luke immediately reached out and came out the same day as this review to make things right. He spent time with me going through the issues and finding good solutions. I was happy to change this review knowing that if there is ever a problem he is willing to make it right.

SmartClean is the company we use, and have used for many years. They manage the cleaning, janitorial, and maintenance of many of our properties through Utah County and Salt Lake County. We couldn't ask for better service, and we would recommend them to anyone.

We have a toddler and another little one on the way and had to clean up some messes from our dogs - One source carpet was Quick and professional! Called them yesterday and they were able to come out today to get the job done. Awesome communication and customer service. Could not recommend them more !! Also - Carlos was the tech that came out and was so nice !

One source came out to clean my carpets today and I couldn’t be happier! The main complaint with my carpet was our dog had a few messes here and there nothing major and we always made sure to clean it very well ourselves, but we thought it was time for professionals. All I can say now is wow! I didn’t think out carpets were bad at all but now that they were cleaned I can’t believe how bad they were! They also did a treatment for the smell and my whole house smells 100 times better. I couldn’t be happier with the service, they got me scheduled very quickly, they let me know when the tech was on his way and he was very kind and professional. Will definitely use again! And more often!

Carlos was amazing. Prompt, kind, efficient, and did a fabulous job at cleaning my carpet. He accommodated my pets and was so thorough in his explanation. I would definitely recommend Carlos to clean your carpets.

Fantastic service. Was given a quote by a manager (Juan Davila) , a very fair price which was clearly explained. Even though we had only intended to just get a quote, I was impressed enough by the professionalism and the price to simply have the work done then and there. Work was all done in a very reasonable time. Fantastic care was taken and I would say that Juan went above and beyond, providing exceptional service (managed to clean an area of carpet damaged from the flood which I had not expected could get fixed). With the section of underlay replaced, the carpets fixed back in place and cleaned by the company, everything looks good as new and much better than I had ever expected they would. Extremely happy with the company and would highly recommend. We intend to use them for any carpet cleaning work in future.

I have used One Source at multiple apartment communities as a vendor for carpet cleaning. I highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs! Carlos is our favorite technician, but all of their employees are amazing and go above and beyond.
