BCS cleaning came today at 9 am, spent many hours working hard, and left us with a wonderful, clean carpet in the whole house. We are thankful. Great company!

Our technician arrived right on time to clean our windows. Jamison was pleasant, personable and professional, finished in a timely manner with no down time, and did a fantastic job (far better than other cleaning services we have used in the past). We have used BCS several times and have been very happy with their level of attention to detail. One time we had a small issue and they were very responsive and came back within a few days to get everything taken care of. We had to get ready for the 100 guests we invited to our home for a rehearsal dinner the next day. Bill Chow from BCS Cleaning Specialists was a SAINT. He not only cleaned all our windows and screens in and out, he cleaned the aluminum siding from BBQ smoke stains but went as far as power washing and whitening the brick that was beige which had turned black from all the smoke. He also pressure washed the brick wall between our house and the neighbor from mold.
Our house looked like new. We were now ready for our guests. I can never THANK Bill enough. Thank you sir...

Not only is BCS detail oriented they are time conscious. I had used another cleaning service and they were an hour late and took a half hour longer than I was quoted. BCS phoned me when they were 10 minutes away alerting me that they were on their way. I really appreciate their consideration of my time and scheduling. Did I mention that they also do an AMAZING job! Every window in my house sparkles! I will continue to use their services.

We have a long relationship with BCS; calling on them since 1990 when we moved into a home with lots of large, high windows. We moved again in 2013 and continue to depend on BCS for any cleaning need; windows, carpets, and woodwork. We trust them and find the staff friendly, thorough, timely, and fair.

BCS did a great job cleaning our windows and went the extra effort to get the stain overspray off the windows at a little extra cost that was well worth it. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

This company would not honor a bid given to me to clean my windows. His friend (who has another window cleaning service) gave us a high bid and when we refused it, BCS refused to honor their bid because the two company owners are friends. The BCS owner didn’t even have the guts to tell me, he had his secretary call. New name suggestion, drop the the C and go with BS cleaning specialists.

Last year Bill of BCS did an excellent job of cleaning the very dirty windows of my 3-story 100-year-old Victorian house when we were getting ready to put it on the market. I'm convinced that the remarkably clear windows increased the house's curb-appeal, and showcased the views from the inside -- a dramatic change from how things were before and a factor in the home selling quickly. He showed up on time, was careful and efficient, and was friendly to boot. Last week Bill worked the same magic on the filthy windows of my new (very old) house. He was careful with the original leaded glass and the results are stunning. I've found BCS to be reliable, affordable, and effective, and will most-certainly use them again. -t

Ive used BCS for years to clean my windows on both my personal residence as well as rental homes. Most recently, I hired them to do not just my windows, but white couch and arm chair and to clean my carpets. Bill has always been my technician and he is remarkable. I will continue to use BCS for windows, carpets and upholstery. Bill always arrives ontime. My windows look like clear goregeous glass when done. Carpets were great as well.

We have used BCS Cleaning Specialists to wash our windows for over ten years. Bill and his crew are the best. They move quickly and efficiently through our very large, old home. Many of our windows have small panes. Our house is tall and the windows are high off the ground. We also have storm windows that are difficult to take off, wash and put back on. Not an easy job. The windows are always spotless. Bill is friendly, courteous and joy to have in our home. BCS has washed my parent's windows and my sister's windows too. All of us couldn't be happier with their work and will continue to use them for years to come.
