The job they did was very good. They got the carpet much cleaner than I expected. The major problem I had was getting to the correct place to write a review, it took me many hours of frustrating trial and error. Why do you make it so difficult?

Besides being schedule, Bill and David were thorough and professional. They did our home, two of our children's home and our car. Would recommend to anyone.

I called trying to talk to Bill, the owner about an estimate, and was told he was not in and would be back the next business day. I left a message to the receptionist Amber for him to call back and he never calls. I called back in one week and was again told he was not in the office and left a message. I asked her did she give the message to Bill. She said she did and without offering further help. She was rude and not interested to get a new client. I feel very sorry for the owner and the company.

I live in a two-story apartment in an old (formerly one-family) house in Salt Lake's Avenues. Bill came by in advance to bid cleaning my exterior windows and, when he did the job, accomplished more than I expected at an extremely reasonable rate, climbing all over the roof in order to get to hard-to-reach windows before winter storms rolled in. I am extremely satisfied and hope to hire him and BCS again come spring.

They were efficient and price a very reasonable. I basement hadn't been cleaned in 4 years and when he was done it looked like I just got new carpet put in. I appreciate everything BCS did for the cleanliness of my carpets and couches.

Your men (2) were extremely professional, courteous and quick, expertly cleaning all of my 22 windows and screens, inside and out, in just a little over an hour! There was a lot of dirt buildup from a recent windstorm and I could hardly see out of the second floor windows; now they are crystal clear! I was very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use your service again. Actually, this is the second time I have used you, so am a satisfied repeat customer.
