I was run off the freeway by one of their vans today! Not to mention, tailgated and nearly blinded by high beams! I couldn't even get a plate or vehicle number because they were speeding and weaving in and out of traffic so fast. Doesn't present a good image. I'd never hire them based on this alone.

Did not explain up front anything about the work they were doing. Lots of surprises. Lack of communication. I have 6 kids at home and I only had a 10 minute warning that water and gas would be shut off ALL day. Had I know fumes that are strong enough to make up all sick would fill my 3 story home I would have made other arrangements for my children for the day. A little communication prior to them showing up late would have gone a long way.

Incredible place. The owner took time to help us out with solution for hot water for our family of 10 and the missionary apartment. It is nice to deal with good people! We thank you and the missionaries thank you!

Thornton Plumbing has been servicing my radiant (hydroponic) floor system for years. They are professional, knowledgeable and have done a great job.

They have the worst drivers on the planet. The driver is lucky he didn't have a "How is my driving" sticker because he would not be allowed to drive anymore. I did get the license plate number though 435 PGT. I would never recommend their service based on their professionalism on the roadway. Please train your drivers better especially when they are in work trucks.

Waited 3 + weeks for an appointment which they canceled the day of. Can’t get me back on the schedule for another 3 weeks.
