I had a great experience working with Brett. I called him when my fridge was making noise and I had not been able to diagnose the problem after trying a few different things myself. Brett returned my call promptly, showed up and identified the problem the same day, and was able to order the part right away and have it repaired within two working days.

If I could leave a 10-star review, I would. Brett did an outstanding job! He was honest, upfront and explained everything about repairing my LG dryer. He ordered the part right away and called as soon as it came in and was at my house the next day to fix my dryer. Kind, honest, prompt and very clean and tidy! I will absolutely call them again.

Brett came out to fix our refrigerator and I was impressed with him immediately. Received fast and very friendly service and at a fair price. Without using a ton of positive adjectives like
knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, thorough, and quick to describe this company, I will simply say that I will continue to use for every appliance repair in the future and refer Brett to every friend and family member possible!

Brett was so awsome! He arrived when he said he would and within minutes told me the issue with my fridge. (this after a few hours on YouTube trying to DIY it!) It's hard to find appliance guys you can trust but I guess I should have just started with the name to know what I was getting! Lol

After contacting a few companies, reading costumer reviews and companies history, we decided to use the service of Trusty
Appliance Repair. Technician Brett came on time, find the problem with the dryer, and give us his professional option. Even though the dryer was a little bit old, we find out that it was a better machine that what is in the market, and it was worth fixing it.
It took a couple days to get the parts, Brett came on time again and fixed our dryer.
He also did a tune up and cleaning maintenance as part of the service.
Really professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable price, with a military discount.

Great company! The guy was honest, transparent and most of all patient. I was having trouble making decisions and has a billion questions and he was so patient with me. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again!!

Next day appointment to get the washing machine working. Everyone was professional, kind and detailed oriented. They kept the work area dry and clean. The part was available on their service truck (BONUS), so after less than an hour the washing machine was up an running! They shared tips to keep our machine running for years to come. Brett was so helpful and and kind. He came to check on a cooling issue with our fridge. He was fast on the diagnosis and gave us options. He even took the time to look at new fridge models to see if it made more sense to get a new fridge instead of paying for a large repair.

Our locking mechanism broke in our washer, so we reached out for assistance. Brett was whom assisted me, he was very courtesy and kind. He came for the assessment and figured out the problem quickly. Then within few days he was back with the part needed for the repair. The whole process was quick and efficient, I'll be contacting them again if we have any other issues.

I called Trusty to troubleshoot and repair my dryer installation as Home Depot did a crummy job. Brett arrived on time and gave me a very fair estimate to replace the vent hose and repair the wall enclosure and venting system. He was very professional, polite, easy to talk with, and explained his recommendations, allowing me to make the final decisions. I'll contact Trusty for any future appliance issues.

Highly recommend! The repairperson was right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with my 20-year-old dryer, and had everything he needed to fix it on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and professional--and so thorough explaining everything to me.

Technician was extremely knowledgeable & efficient at doing the repair to the dryer. During main service, suggested having professional vent cleaning & then changed to do not use repaired dryer until vent has been cleaned due to evidence of a clogged vent. Price was a bit more expensive than desired, but still cheaper than a new dryer. Hence, worth the service.
