I had a great experience with Blake from Power Clean. I was able to get a next day appointment & he quickly was able to repair my dryer. I would definitely recommend!

Tech was responsive, arrived within 2 hours from my initial reported issue, washing machine diagnostic was quick because the tech was knowledgeable on the current brand issues. Returned the next day with the part and the work was done within 20 minutes. They included a warranty on the part after the manufacturer made part was faulty and gave out after 18 months of use.

They fixed my Samsung dryer today in Draper super fast! very pleased with the work done today. Blake is super nice.

After over a month of trying to get them to come back for a repair they finally set a new appointment. They no showed the appointment. No call no text. Had them do repairs on two separate machines. One didn’t work within 24 hours. One stopped working again within a month.

Still have an appointment for them to come back out for one of them for Monday so we will see what happens and I’ll update here.

They did come to fix the machine. It’s up and running now.

Blake was wonderful, called on my broken washer and he came out to look at it within a couple hours and had it fixed the next morning. Fast, professional and he was friendly with positive vibes.

This is the second time I've used PowerClean Laundry Repair to come help with my washer and dryer repair. They are easy to get ahold of, quick to come out and get the job done, and are always kind enough to answer all my questions and super efficient. Pricing is fair and actually worth fixing rather than spending thousands to replace. I'm sold and know I won't call anyone else.

Although Blake wasn’t able to repair our washing machine because the control board is on backorder for months, he was kind, respectful, punctual, and very transparent about the situation. He even took extra time to call other suppliers and factories trying to locate the part, but it’s backordered everywhere.

is not recommended to use this business. A technician diagnosed a "shift actuator" issue, costing $343.20, after a brief 10-minute assessment and requested partial payment upfront. The technician spent 15-20 minutes replacing the part during the repair visit. After the repair, the machine was noisy and still not running a full cycle The technician came back then said the gearbox was faulty and requested an additional $230. An itemized receipt was requested multiple times but never received. The workmanship was poor, and communication was unprofessional.

Just amazing! Our washer locking sensor broke. Came out next day. Good as new. Super nice tech. Reasonable pricing. 5 star service for sure.
