Used this company for a repair on a laundry unit at a rental property. As a property owner I deal with all kinds of different techs when repairs come up and Blake was great! Would definitely use this company again. I appreciate efficiency and solution focused techs! Thank you!

Unhappy with service tech couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my washer. He ran it through a quick wash cycle called his boss and couldn’t figure it out. Suggested I fix 800$ worth of things. I called another company they ran a few test on the washer and quickly found out what was wrong. I called power clean advised them of the issue, explained the tech didn’t do much to figure out the issues. He apologized and said he would refund my cash payment next day I still haven’t heard from them for the refund it’s been 5 days with no return calls.

Thank you for updating your response, however you fail to address that you agreed to meet on a Saturday in the morning. I waited nothing, never showed up. I called again, agreed on a new day and time to meet another week later and the tech did show up for the cash refund. The tech was nice and apologized for him not showing up the first time.

Customers should not have to do all of follow up work. I am not writing this review for any purpose other than to let people know.

The last I spoke with was extremely nice and apologetic but when you are trying to make something right you don’t keep failing.

Quick, fast & efficient describes my experience with PowerClean. My 25+ year old Maytag dryer was making an awful squealing noise, but was still drying laundry perfectly. These guys gave it a few more years of useful life by switching out a couple of parts.

I'll admit I was a little bit skeptical by the number of positive reviews, but after my experience I'm convinced they're legit. I called to schedule and a technician was at my house within 2 hours. He already had the part that was needed with him and the washer was fixed and working again within an hour. He even took the time to look over the rest of my machine to make sure there were no other concerns that needed addressed . Incredible service, will be using again!

Don't use if you have a speed queen! My husband just passed away and then the washer broke and I had no idea that we had a warranty because my husband dealt with all that. I feel like the technician should've at least asked me before they fixed it. After two repairs and then it' still not working, I finally got another service and they were speed queen certified and told me that it would've been covered the previous year when power cleaner repaired it if I'd known about the warranty. Now the warranty has expired. Granted, I was in acute grief, so maybe things weren't clear but I do think that they should've at least asked me the question. They clearly gave the impression that they were speed queen qualified. I also had some difficulty reaching them with poor responsiveness several times. On the initial visit, the technician was very professional and nice, however. It seemed to go downhill after that. Very unhappy.

VERY IMPRESSED that one of the owners personally called me and I was able to speak with her about all of the issues after my review was posted. She was very professional and very concerned and so I do give them credit for that. They are a growing small business and I do value that. I'm not going to change my rating, but I do want to say that in the future I would consider giving them another chance, knowing that they are making some good changes to their small business model. Thanks.

Fast response, and repairs were quick as well. Pricing for diagnostic almost half of others in the area, and other parts were very reasonable, and kept the labor prices low too by working quickly. Dryer was repaired the same day, and my washer needed parts, but fixed within 2 business days.

I had a fantastic experience with PowerClean! They were super quick in getting me an appointment for my squeaky dryer, which is amazing as a busy mom with kids and endless laundry I was appreciative of their swift scheduling. I called and within 24 hours they were here helping me! Blake was great, he was professional, efficient and diagnosed/fixed the problem within 20mins! The price is reasonable and worth every penny. If I am in need of a laundry repair again, I would use them again in a heart beat. Highly recommend!

Blake came out the next day and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Unfortunately it was a problem that would be too expensive to fix but was nice and helpful. We had someone else come out before that found a broken hose but didn’t know if the replacing the hose would solve the problem. We ended up getting the part ourselves but it still didn’t work. It would have been better to have called Blake and his team in the first time. I would definitely recommend them and would use there services in the future.

Called about my Samsung not draining and a 5C code it was actually the drain pump has gone out. It’s a quick easy fix appreciated the professionalism they checked in called me when they were a few minutes out and it was done no hassle— they water was backed up and the it out to. Thank you so much again!

This was the best experience, my dryer was turning on but not running, and we had someone else come out 3 times last year and had paid over $500, so this time I called Power Clean, I called yesterday he came out today and within 30 mins had it diagnosed and fixed. I am so impressed. Blake was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Crossing my fingers for no more issues, but for sure I know who I’ll be calling.

All I can say is WOW!! They did an awesome job. It took us two years to find someone to reface our fireplace. It was exhausting. But we stumbled on 5star kitchen and bath. They had someone come out right away to give us and estimate and the follow up and communication with was amazing. The date of our install was on time and the guys showed up on the dot. Our fireplace came out soooo beautiful and we are sooooo very happy and thankful to them for doing such a great job!! We would definitely use them again for future projects. Definitely recommend them!

I totally love my kitchen . It is all white. Curtis and Ethan H was the best tearing it apart and helped put it back together in record time. My counter tops is the best . I have water fall down the sides which is beutiful . They even cleaned up all there messy . Brady and Enrique did a great job putting it back together . I will have them back for sure. The installers who came to repair our flooring were wonderful. They worked hard and went above and beyond what was expected and required. They were very professional and courteous. Lazaro and Brady H were the best. The electrician who came the next day also noticed a few lights were not working and replaced all of the lights and they look wonderful. Thanks to Austin. Matt Chaffee was a wonderful consultant and Ethan and Zack did such a great job on the installation. All completed in a about 6 hours. Now I just have to paint the yellow walls and it will be even better. So happy to see the tile gone! I love my new shower!

When Brandon first came to our home to discuss five star’s philosophy and mission to make this the best experience possible for remodeling our kitchen, I was sold! Brandon then continued listening and advising and meeting us until he handed us off to the ever-attentive foreman, Donnie. Donnie also listened and worked through every question and concern we had through completion. 5 Star took care of everything. Scheduling and communication with Kylee was the most thorough and consistent I’ve ever experienced with a project this size. 5 Star took care of all the organization; designing, ordering, installing and plumbing making any adjustments as necessary. They were prompt and kept us informed throughout.
All of the teams were appropriately cordial and available. Raphaela oversaw and worked with her team to install our kitchen cabinets in a timely respectful manner flawlessly. Every

aspect of Andrew’s quartz countertop measurement and installation process was carried out until perfection! Leo worked by Andrew’s side in this enormous endeavor. These guys have talent and pride in their work.
Ryan and Gary wrapped up the job with an eye for excellence. They saw to every last thing from plumbing to more installation and clean up before I gave them my final payment. They had suggestions for questions we had moving forward. We were definitely in good hands throughout this process with five star kitchen and bath and would recommend them to everyone!

During both of our remodels, the biggest complaints I had were communication and quality. Two big components that a company should really pride themselves on if they cared about their customer base.

Communication for our projects failed at almost every step of the way. The conversations had between us and the salesman were great, and then almost every single interaction that was not only had between us and the company but the company within themselves was comically poor. Their quality of work is not worth what you pay, not even close. There has not been a single thing that they've done that we haven't had to ask them to fix or redo. This adds time to the project, financial strain on us as customers, and not to mention the stress of constantly acting as a project manager. We have had MAJOR things need to be redone (I'm talking walls needing to be taken apart and rebuilt, cabinet and ceiling painting, relocating outlets, and an ENTIRE SHOWER FLOOR), as well as other things (paint chipped walls, bad putty jobs, grout crumbling, paint splattered inside and outside the house and on and on) and all of it was because no one from their team cares enough to do it right the first time. Not only that, but just this last time when pointing out that the glass they had "special ordered" was actually measured wrong and therefore our shower door is crooked, I was told that my "OCD will just have to live with it."

This company is not worth your time or effort. I would never recommend them to anyone.
