We just had 5 Star Kitchen and Bath install a new shower/tub in our rental this week. The design person did a great job and it was a pretty painless process. It did take them a little longer to get started on the project than we had hoped. Kinsey kept me updated on when the install would begin. They were flexible with rescheduling also. The installers, Lazano and Bredy were great to work with! They patiently answered all my questions and were great to ask me how high I wanted the shower head to be placed and where the towel bar should be relocated. They were on time and all the finish work was done with care and concern for the customer. I highly recommend them! 😊

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by 5 Star Kitchen and Bath, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful of my home, and committed to delivering quality work. Lazaro, Brady, Jose, Francisco, Enrique, and Hugo were all incredible—hardworking, detail-oriented, and always kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the entire project. They even made sure to do a full cleanup once the job was complete, which I really appreciated.

Like with any major renovation, there were a few hiccups and communication issues along the way, but what really stood out was how quickly those were addressed and improved upon. Zach stepped in, took the reins, and not only showed up to the worksite personally, but also offered real, thoughtful solutions and suggestions that enhanced the project—without ever making it feel like a sales pitch or trying to upsell me.

A big thank you to Kenzie for her consistent communication and weekly updates. Even during quieter periods, she kept me informed and reassured, making sure I never felt like my project was an afterthought.

Also, thank you to Brandon for initially coming out, helping with the design, and walking me through the financial side of the project before we even got started. His guidance at the beginning really helped set the tone for a smooth process and made me feel confident moving forward.

Overall, I highly recommend 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. The name says it all—five stars across the board!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath! Alex took the time to respectfully come back out and check on how everything was going with the work performed for us, which truly meant a lot. It showed genuine care and pride in the quality of their work. Alex also kindly asked if it was okay to use my name when speaking to others about our project, which I really appreciated — and of course, I agreed. That level of respect and professionalism speaks volumes.

Thank you so much for everything! And I have to say, Kenzie is an absolute star — now more than ever. Her customer service has been outstanding, and she’s been incredibly helpful in resolving any questions or concerns whenever they arise. It’s rare to find a team so committed to their customers from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Great Company to work with, we were the electrical subcontractor on a preschool and from the Project Manager to the onsite Superintendant they were all first rate. Very professional to work with in all aspects of the project. Paperwork for change orders was issued for all additional work, and all draws were paid in a timely manner.
CRC worked well to meet the needs of the Customer and made sure that all subcontractor's needs
were addressed to make sure end result was a quality project within budget and ontime.

I have used CRC Construction on a few Hospital jobs. For those of you who may not know or have not worked in a hospital they have very strict policies. We are all about patient safety first no matter what. I had Superintendent Emery Rivenbark on my projects, he is very professional. He got to know Safety, Security, Facilities, and Infection Control very well. They all were very impressed and said he did a great job. Emery made my job as a hospital Project Supervisor very painless. I will be using CRC for future projects.

Great company to work with. They are very attentive to their customers needs and budgets. Locally owned and operated. They have a great network of subcontractors and are happy to take on all size of projects. I highly recommend them.

Aaron is a great technician. He was very knowledgeable and informative of what he needed to do to repair my icemaker. I would definitely have them come back again.

Looked at and repaired our microwave all in one visit. Our microwave would turn on but not heat up any food. Luke replaced the “magnetron” inside and so far, it seems to be working. Overall, I’m happy with the timeliness and outcome.

Aaron did an amazing job with our LG refrigerator repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had all the required tools, parts, and experience to take care of a blown compressor. We're extremely happy to have our fridge back!

Luke saved the day by fixing my dishwasher. Not only was he polite, professional and fast, but he didn’t shy away from telling me the hard truths: I need to scrub my food off dishes better. He even offered to mop my floor! I’ll definitely be calling again next time my appliances break down.

Weston was fantastic! He was thorough and quick to diagnose our refrigerator. We asked him for recommendations on a possible new refrigerator, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in informing us which appliances needed more repairs than others. Before he left he also did a quick scan on our dryer that had been having some issues. The diagnostic fee was $30 cheaper than the company we normally use. We would highly recommend Famous Appliance Service!

Aaron and Elliot came out to fix my dishwasher. They were on time, efficient, and able to fix it, but recommended that I instead buy a new one (mine was over 30 years old) as the parts would cost as much as a new one. They recommended what type to buy, so I would have another dishwasher last a good long time.
Even though they ended up not repairing my dishwasher (my choice), I really appreciated their honesty and help (they would have made more pushing for the repair and don't sell dishwashers, so being honest with me was really nice). I will definitely call them again if another appliance breaks down.

Weston was amazing! Punctual, friendly, up-beat, efficient. Quick work and we are so happy to have a working dryer again. Weston did a great job communicating expectations. We will definitely use Famous Appliance Service again! Reasonable prices for great work!
