Aaron Sewell came out to look at both my dryers one was more complicated of a fix and the other one was a small fix. Bottom line he was authentic honest and professional. His diagnosis was quick and ordering parts and resolution was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Famous Appliance and Aaron!

Response time was great! We were able to get a repairman here within 2 business days. Luke was very punctual, friendly, and fast! He did a great job repairing our dishwasher then told us to let him know if we had any other appliances we needed fixed. We had him look at our fridge and he assessed an issue and scheduled to come back a couple of days later to fix our fridge once it had had time to defrost. Fast, friendly service!

Aaron showed up very quickly and got our dishwasher sorted. It had come loose and he leveled it and now it sits nicely. We are happy to get this taken care of quickly!

Luke he's Very congenial and a friendly personality. He fixed our old whirlpool washer. I hope his owner raises his wage a minimum of 25% you just don't find technicians this good.

Weston and Mark came by to diagnosis our built-in microwave. They explained the process while they worked and were quick to provide the diagnosis. They outlined a very clear repair plan with prices for each item and the total, including tax. I appreciated this clarity before agreeing to any repair. They were prepared with all the items needed for the repairs since they were common problems and they were able to fix it quickly and reinstall it into our cabinet area. They were both very friendly and I would absolutely recommend them.

Had the door to my dishwasher fixed. I don’t have a fancy dishwasher, so I was disappointed that they did not have the part on the truck. But, I am happy that it arrived quickly and the repair was done. Jake M. came out and noticed that our tub had warped due to moisture and the dishwasher not being flush with the countertop. I appreciate that he noticed why it broke so that I can monitor it moving forward. More importantly, he found something on his truck to help level out the warping and I really appreciated that!

Luke did a great job fixing our fridge. It was Christmas weekend, and he was the only one to come out on Christmas Eve to look at our fridge that had just died. He did have to order parts to fix it, which took longer than we would have liked. But it was Christmas and everything was closed. He did get the part to us as soon as he could, and installed it promptly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This company has the worst customer service. Had them come to my home two months ago to fix a water line on an ice maker. After weeks of calling them to find out when the part was going to be in so that they could come do the repair, I was told the part would be in approximately 3 to 4 weeks after they initially diagnose the issue. I call back after the three or four weeks and was told that the part would be in on a Friday When lo and behold, they never even ordered the part.
Two months later still no problem fixed, and the lady on the phone tells me she doesn’t know who’s more frustrated with this situation me or her.
I finally went with a different appliance repair shop that fixed the problem within 48 hours.

Aaron showed up on time with a very quick diagnosis of my GE built-in refrigerator. Had the part on the truck and was able to fix the same day. He is a great technician and thank you for his service and knowledge. We will use your company again and refer to family and friends.

Jake M was knowledgeable about the dishwasher and made us feel good about repairing instead of replacing the appliance. He wasn’t as good about reinstalling the unit and there was some sort of gooey sealant stuff inside the dishwasher that I don’t know where it came from. I wish I had recognized it before he left.

I had a technician come out today to help me fix my LG dryer because it’s not drying all the way. He came in I showed him where my dryer sits and without even touching it he’s like it’s the sensors or the wall vent is clogged. He’s like you can replace all the sensors so I talked to my family and we decided not to do it and I asked him if he could clean out the vent and see if it was for sure that problem and he told me no because he didn’t have the right stuff. And then he asked if I have anything else and I told him about how we were going to replace our fridge because it’s broken and If he has a recommend for a brand and he just went on and on about him fixing it and I told him no multiple times and then we went upstairs so I could pay for him to come out and do absolutely nothing and he opened my fridge without asking which I think is extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional like say out of my personal space and he went on and on about fixing it and I just keep saying no can I pay so you can leave and he just opened and clothes my fridge again and I was like I don’t want to pay for you to do anything on my fridge can I pay so you can leave and then he finally let me and then left

I’m just pissed off like it was pointless for you guys to come out and not even touch or look at the dryer and not be able to help because you don’t have the right tools for a dryer vent to be cleaned out and the technician just seemed to be high and out of it or tired and wanting to be lazy and then when I decided not to go with one thing just drive me up the wall insisting to fix my fridge which I don’t want fix I’m going to replace it

Aaron came out diagnosed the problem with my GE front loading washer the same day I called. He was knowledgeable and friendly — and he also got the part for my machine much faster than expected, so I up and running again the next day. I definitely recommend this business for your appliance repair needs!

Our dryers heating element went out & called these guys & they got us in next day. Weston came out & diagnosed the issue quickly & was able to replace the heating element on the spot. He was super knowledgeable & gave us a lot of tips & info & even cleaned out the vent for us & showed us how to take it apart & clean it to prevent future issues. Great service, 100% would recommend them. Hopefully I dont need a repair for a good long while, but if we do we'll Definitely be calling FAS again. Thank you guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give them 0 stars if I could. By far the worst customer service, and they did a terrible job. We had them come out to repair a washer line. The repair technician was extremely rude. Through the entire repair job he kept huffing and puffing and shouting out profanities. My mother was home alone at this time and felt incredibly uncomfortable. She politely asked him when he’d be finished because she had to leave soon for work (she had told them prior when she had to leave and they said that wouldn’t be a problem) - he told her it was taking longer cause she had a stackable washer dryer, which they knew about when they quoted her and told her how long it would take. She pointed this out and he completely snapped at her to leave him alone. He was so rude she asked him to just please leave her home and that’s when he said he finished the job. He left and when we checked his work we saw he had badly damaged the detergent tray including scratches all around it. She called and spoke to the “owner” of the company and all he did was make excuses, offered no apologies or compensation for the damage, even claiming that no damage was done, and the “owner” was also incredibly rude. These people should not be in business.

Jake M was the best! Quick fix for my stove and great service :) next time I need a repair, I won’t use anyone else !
