We needed to shift the kitchen sink access to the sewer line to accommodate a remodel. They were quick to respond, gave is a lower bid, were fast, and efficient, and even recommended a water mitigation company for some other needs. Customer service has become a thing of the past; but not with these guys. They literally care about the customer's needs. We'll keep them as our plumbers of choice.

I was so impressed at how quickly they responded to my request for service! Technician Kyle was thorough and helpful and incredibly nice. He explained everything clearly and was very upfront about estimates without any pressure. He worked quickly and I can’t believe that we were able to get our situation fixed that same day. Thank you for saving the first time our new daughter-in-law was coming to stay!!! Not to mention Christmas! Just found our new plumbers.

Tony did great job installing water softener. He was personable, efficient and answered my questions.

Jerry was awesome. Great communication, service, went above and beyond. Repaired some leaky pipes, reran water lines for the washer, put in a new pressure valve and ran a new gas line for the dryer. Would highly recommend and will definitely call again if/when we have any plumbing needs.

Carlos and Roman were very good! I was really hoping to solve my clog for less but once it got explained to me their jetting service it seems like it made sense me. I accepted their quote after they had walked out and were close to driving away. They didn't put undue pressure before this which was nice. Thanks guys!

I had Carlos out last week to deal with a leak in my drain. I thought it was coming from the faucet but it was the drain. He fixed the issues and caulked the sink. He was quick and professional. THANK YOU for prompt service.

They came over for a consultation to install a new laundry unit in my basement and were incredibly informative and professional. Jeff is a master at what he does very knowledgeable and visionary. This company is truly awesome; they take great care in their work and emphasize proper training. Jeff had an apprentice, Kayden, with him, who did a fantastic job and showed great promise under Jeff’s guidance. I highly recommend this company for their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to quality service.

Jeff was fabulous. He took care of the problem quickly. He gave us great advice on maintaining our pipes and let us know what needed to be fixed at a later date. And he loved on our pups. Will definitely be calling Monkey Wrench (and asking for Jeff) the next time we have plumbing issues.

My water heater stopped working, and Monkey Wrench Plumbing came out quickly and fixed the issue efficiently. Wes was incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to help get my hot water back up and running. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be using Monkey Wrench Plumbing again for all of my plumbing needs!

Update: I need to add a sewer line in my home, Jeff came out quickly and was able to assess the situation and get me a bid. Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Five stars!

Our technicians Carlos, Cody, & Tony were absolutely outstanding! We had our water main break & we’re completely out of water. We got a bid from Scott Hale plumbing, which took a day for them to complete, & had priced the job at over $15,000. Carlos was able to assess the problem & had a bid to us at the end of his inspection. Their excavation crew Monkey Wrench bid came in at just over $6,000. Carlos was honest & fair with his bid, unlike the competition. Carlos, Cody, & Tony, along with their amazing excavation crew came in and completed the entire job in roughly 6 hours. Everything works great now! I highly recommend Monkey Wrench plumbing & will be going with them for all my plumbing issues going forward.

Excellent plumbers - Jerry has helped us out with leaks and estimates before. We recently had Jerry and Tony out to install new fixtures and fix a leaky sink shut off. Excellent work, professional communication, and on time.

I’m so happy to have hot water again and looking forward to utilizing a water softener with my new tankless water heater! We were always running out of hot water. So when my water heater decided to flood the basement on Christmas morning, I figured it was time for an upgrade.

Carlos, Tony, Onni and crew did a fabulous job with such a quick turnaround time. My water main was leaking heavily and not only were they able to put a new one in and route it in the best way possible, they brought the shut off valve to an accessible location in my home. Big shoutout to them for the great work done!

We had a pretty stressful situation this morning when a toilet supply line randomly burst and sprayed water everywhere in our third floor bathroom. Before we knew it, water leaked down three floors through the walls, the ceiling, everywhere. Total nightmare.

We called Monkey Wrench Plumbing and they were able to get someone out the same day, which saved us. Kyle was our technician and he was great. Super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained that the old builder-grade plastic supply line had failed (which apparently happens more than you’d think) and walked us through what he was going to replace it with.

He swapped out the cheap plastic line and valve for a braided metal one that’s much more durable and built to last. It feels good knowing we won’t have to worry about that happening again.

What really stood out was that they also helped get a restoration company out that same day to start dealing with the water damage. When you’re standing in a house with water coming through ceilings, that kind of quick coordination means everything.

Overall, just a really solid local company that shows up when you need them. Hopefully we don’t have another plumbing emergency anytime soon, but if we do, we’re calling them again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Joe saved my day. Sewer backed up at work the night before the busiest day of the week. Got the problem fixed in the middle of the night so I didn’t have to close down!

Joe the Tech explained the process and timeframe of installing new pieces on our water heater. The tech stayed within the timeframe given. After install he gave a clear explanation of what was completed and what to expect after.

Joey was professional, friendly, helpful, and , didn’t try to sell me new items like some other plumbers do. I will definitely use them again!
