UPDATE: Had Jerry come out again for a leak under our sink and he fixed it up quickly. Still would highly recommend Monkey Wrench!

We had another company come give us an outrageous bid for replumbing our house and replacing all water lines, so we decided to get other bids. Jerry from Monkey Wrench came out and assessed the issues, spent a considerable amount of time in our crawl space, took photos and documented everything, and then walked us through the issues he saw and what our options were. He was kind, punctual, and thorough in his assessment.

They started work (a 2-day job) and they were detailed and honestly went above and beyond for us! They were our 2nd highest bid (cheapest is not always best!) and we felt like Jerry’s thoroughness with his walkthrough and his estimate were honest and fair. Gentry was part of our crew and he was so awesome to work with! He was friendly and super helpful. We actually had a new shower head and tub spout to install and realized we were missing the hardware to install it. Gentry went above and beyond for us and went to pick up the right hardware and he installed everything for us. We are so glad we decided to hire Monkey Wrench for the job! They were amazing.

Jerry Salazar the technician was very professional, clean and explained everything he was going to do to complete my project.They definitely earned a five star review. I called two other places.One would not work on saturday.The other canceled an hour before my appointment. So I then called monkey wrench, and they were out here within two hours.And completed everything.

Kyle was very punctual, professional, and helpful. He was honest and tried every option before having to go the more difficult and expensive route and he eventually got it fixed! Would definitely use their services again!

We were VERY impressed with Jerry S. He came out next day, he is very knowledgeable and thorough. He offered a very fair estimate and even threw in a few smaller repairs at no additional cost. Oh yeah super friendly again. So Happy we found a good trustworthy local plumber!

I have used Monkey Wrench several times for plumbing issues (from clogged drains to water heater replacements). Each time they have been timely, friendly, and thoroughly explained my options. My experience today with Kaden and Jeff was great and consistent with my previous Monkey Wrench experiences. I would (and do) recommend them to others.

Flooding issue in our basement caused by soft clog in the main sewer pipe line. Long story short. JUST trust what Wes does and go with him. If you are skeptical like me and also concerns about getting over charged for services, have dealt with dishonest businesses, making tons of searches before you make any decisions. I can tell you for sure, to save your time, don't hesitate it.

My husband and I were so LUCKY that we found Monkey Wrench Plumbing. What other plumbers failed to do and make it into a bigger project and tries to over charge us, but Wes was able to find the problem and SAVED us from the big flooding chaos in our basement and he happened to be one of the owner!

He really knows what he does. I have a zero knowledge of the plumbing system, but I can tell he is very experienced expert. He was very patience throughout the process and willing to explain over and over again at my eye level to clarify everything until I understand. I felt so comfortable and educated about the plumbing system in our house and that helped me understand why we had a flood issue in our basement.

We are super satisfied with the overall experience with Wes. Just by knowing a plumbing company who I can trust to go with, really gives me some sort of confident and good peace of mind. If you are a home owner you know what it means!

Jeff came out to do in a few hours what other plumbing companies could not in the 4-5 days that they came to “assess” Jeff was honest, thorough and straight to the point with what needed to be done. Which I greatly appreciated. He cleared out plumbing back up and we will be reaching out to continue repairs. Can’t speak highly enough of Jeff’s work and service.

Awesome service, I called at 11:30am to get a garbage disposal replaced and they had someone here by 12:30pm same day. Very professional and did a great job for a fair price. We would definitely use them again.

Very nice people, easy scheduling, fast response the tech was very nice and polite and right on time. The only issue was the expense. The cost to water jet a drain was outrageous it was by far the most expensive bid I received. I wish I could have used monkey wrench but I just couldn't stomach the price.

I had an emergency on a Sunday called no answer someone got back to me . Scheduled the appointment between 12-2 nobody showed up I called an texted multiple times finally there tech called me around 3:30 saying he was on his way. I was upset but when Carlos came he was very nice an great at his skill he walked me through everything he was doing. Was thorough with me I trusted his word and booked a hydro jet. To be honest if it wasn’t for Carlos it definitely would’ve been a 1 star office staff need to be more responsive. I get it’s a weekend but when we as homeowners are having water flood our homes it would be nice to have communication instead of a voicemail that’s “full” thank you Carlos

Carlos did a great job fixing my issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got everything taken care of quickly. He explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciate the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him.

Carlos and Tony did a great job hydro-jetting my semi-clogged drains and fixing the work that I had a handyman do a few years ago. The entire process was clean and efficient. I really appreciated the effort they made to keep the area clean while they are working and when they are finished.

Kyle came and really helped with our issues. I had some slow drains and a leaking toilet. He also looked at our water heater expansion tank and recommended a water softener. I appreciated the preventive education and the help triaging our issues.

Carlos, Kaden, Tony ,and Austin came out and was able to excavate and find a major leak from an old repair that was done before I had bought my house. They explained everything in detail and installed a new water service line from my meter to my house. They cleaned up everything and made sure I was taken cared of.

Definitely gonna use them again if I have another problem.

My Rinnai water heater had a code 52 and stopped working. Monkey Wrench Plumbing had a technician come out within 24 hours to repair. During the process the technician Jerry was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand what the problem was, I will definitely be using their service again in the future.
Sorry again Jerry for whoever the genius was to install the water heater in such a way.

We have used Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Sewer & Drain in the past with great results. Yesterday as well as today was quite the disappointment.
We have an older home and every year or two the line in the kitchen gets clogged and needs to be cleared out. The line was draining slowly and there was no reason to wait until it was clogged and then call Monkey Wrench Plumbing. Two technicians showed up yesterday, one was in training, and attempted to clear the drain. They were unsuccessful and gave me two alternatives to clear the drain. One was for replacing the pipe for a total of $1575 and the other was something they called "chain knock up" for $990. With that kind of costs I wanted to discuss this with my wife and the technicians left and did not charge me for their attempt to clear the drain.
We have lived here for 30 years and the drain clogging in the sink happens every year or two. What was going on now that things seemed to have changed so much?
After the technicians left the sink that was slow draining now was completely clogged. I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing back and left a message for them to call me. I then called them again that evening and spoke with a woman and explained the problem we now had. She assured me someone one call me first thing in the morning. At 1:00pm today I called again and asked why I had not been contacted. She did not know why and told me she would call me right back. It is now 2:30 and I have not heard from anyone from Monkey Wrench Plumbing.
In the meantime I called another plumbing Company who was here in an hour. They cleared the drain and charged me a lot less than Monkey Wrench would have if they were able to clear the drain. I really don't understand what is going on with Monkey Wrench Plumbing. The poor customer service in no one calling me back to discuss the issue or the lack of experience with their technicians? I just don't know as I've had no contact with the company. Needless to say I won't be using Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Sewer & Drain.

The response from Monkey Wrench Plumbing never answered any of my questions and in fact leaves me wondering “Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing?”. To state you have reached out to me numerous times leaves people wondering if I ever responded. I have texts from a representative going over what happened and what he could do to fix the problem and raise my rating of your company. Don’t you talk among yourselves?
As I told your representative and I stated in my review I hired another plumbing company who cleared out the drain. Problem solved.

Carlos and Kaden notified me in advance of their arrival and once they arrive, they contacted me. They kept the work area, clear of debris and repaired the water line in a timely manner. Both were very polite and respectful, and I would use them again if they need arises.

Kyle and Wes came out to give me a quote on a disposal replacement and were very friendly and helpful! They answered all my questions and were not pushy about the options they offered. The respectful information and assistance was appreciated!

My water pressure regulator valve took a turn for the worst and needed repair. Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Sewer, & Drain had good reviews and were a local company and I am glad I picked them. Plumber Carlos L came over and diagnosed the problem and quickly arranged for a replacement. He was very nice and thorough in explaining what the part does, what happened, and what to expect in the future. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We really like the work Carlos and Tony did in our bathroom. I was able to work my 8 hour shift in the next room, with no distraction from them. We will call on them again. I also want thank them for leaving the room cleaner than they found it.
