Heath, Jared, and Talon installed a Noritz Combination boiler to provide domestic hot water and radiant heating. They also put in a Sentry II water softener, rebuilt the radiant heating manifold (distribution system), and installed a drain. All at an excellent price. The work was VERY professionally done and they were completely honest.

Bottom-line: I'm VERY happy with the quality of the work and the timeliness of the install. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate this company. They were very professional and they walked me through the entire process. From the time Brandon showed up to detect the leak to the moment his guys came out to repair my main line, I felt like I had chose the right company. Tyson provided EXCELLENT service! He assessed my toilet problem and explained my repair options with cost estimates in a way I could understand! These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. From my first call to the office off a Google search, to Brandon coming out on site to bid the job , to the work crew showing up , we just had a great experience. Our commercial building was losing hundreds of gallons of water each day due to a leak down at the water main connection and they located it and fixed it and got the water back on for all the tenants . The same day, another one of the guys replaced 3 faulty toilet valves that were wasting 30 gallons of water every hour. Give them a call and let the water savings begin.

Heath and his son worked late into a Friday night to help me and make sure I was taken care of. They even took multiple trips to make sure they got the parts needed to fix my problem. He explained everything to me in a way I could really understand it. Tell your wife I'm sorry for keeping you so late, but you saved us this weekend, and your service should be commended and celebrated! Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!! Seriously!!! :)

Our water heater went out. Heath and Braxton came this morning and got to work. They were super helpful and went above and beyond with their work with redoing piping and adding a bracket for the expansion tank

Carlos did a great job replacing a value and circulation pump. Pricing was fair and they were able to get the job done on a Saturday vs. waiting until a weekday like everyone else wanted me to do. I will do business with these guys again.

Bad plumbers, look elsewhere, especially for gas work. They charged extra to add a hot water heater, claiming that wasn’t part of their bid. Apparently homes typically don't have hot water. After paying the extra $10,000 to have a water heater installed, I smelled gas in the mech room and asked that they come look. They said “Oh, it’s just a small leak.” Which is true, it was small, but it leaks into a confined space, thus creating a dangerous situation. We had to have others fix it, and they were shocked that it was called good by anyone.
The hose bibs were not installed where they should have been and are all poorly installed and loose. Water pressure to the master shower is low. We can not run multiple fixtures at once without losing pressure.

We had excellent service in the replacement of our garbage disposal on Christmas Eve day. They were prompt, professional and well trained. Highly recommend! Would definitely use them again.

Jeff is the man. We had a leak another plumbing company had tried to fix twice, but it would eventually come back. We decided to try Monkey Wrench based on a recommendation from my co-worker. He took time to assess the cause of the repeated failure, and I think landed on a solution that makes the most sense (we'll see long term, but this should work). It was minimally invasive (no walls torn out), and since the repair was quick he didn't even charge us. Definitely will call Monkey Wrench next time I have an issue.

We had some major drain issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks, wouldn't drain had standing water. Called Monkey Wrench best decision we made Carlos was the plumber he was very nice and professional gave us numerous options we picked the one that was best for us and Carlos got our problems solved. We really appreciated how good we were treated and the respect for our home Carlos showed. Monkey Wrench will be our go to for our plumbing needs and Carlos will be our go to plumber he's awesome. Carlos’ service surpassed my expectations. He communicated before arriving (at the beginning of the planned service window)! During the repair, he was clean and organized, he captured photos of the extent of the repair, and he communicated clearly when leaving and returning to the site. My old house is full of bandaid-type repairs. I do my best to keep systems running myself, but I will continue to call monkey wrench when I really need something fixed on a schedule.

5 month update: we’ve been working with Monkey Wrench for five months on our home remodel and have only compliments! We love everything about working with them. Scheduling is easy and getting in touch with our plumber is easy, and they don’t leave til the work is done right! They’ve worked on our pretty extensive remodel, including a couple change orders. While remodels can be stressful, working with Monkey Wrench has been the least stressful part - when it comes to them we know we’re in good hands!
We’ll never use another plumber! They’re the best and a model for what working with home trades should be!

Kyle came out today and helped us assess what was going on with our broken tub! He was super helpful and knowledgeable, knew just about everything to do plumbing and gave us extra tips on how to not have this issue in the future. He is trying to get us the cheapest way possible to get things fixed which is super appreciated! Great company

Two men came out, Carlos and Roman. They were on time and super professional. They analyzed my plumbing problem and gave me some options on making the repairs. I was impressed with them and can highly recommend these guys and Monkey Wrench as a company.

Carlos and Roman at Monkey Wrench went above and beyond to fix our Koehler toilet. Carlos came multiple times to replace parts and finally recommended to Koehler to replace the toilet that was still under warranty. We appreciate the time spent, the great attitude, and completion of the job.
