We met NB plumbing for a drain line break we had in our half bath. Darren came out and quickly identified the issue.

They resolved the issue very quickly. We decided to replace our pedestal sink with a new vanity and called NB plumbing for that installation. They did a great job setting up the vanity and sink and it looks AWESOME!

Have had several plumbing jobs done by these folks. They have been very professional and helpful. Especially when I just had questions and wasn't ready to hire yet.

They did not properly repair a leak. It returned less than 1 week later and was significantly worse, which subsequently caused damage to my bathroom. When contacted about the non-repair they did not prioritize getting a repair tech out. Had they done so the damage could have been avoided.

Had a second plumber come out and look. NB didn’t even bother to replace worn out washers. See attached pic. Cracked and worn out washers. Dispatch immediately tried to blame issue on PRV on why the “repair” failed in less than a week.

Their response is that when dispatched they do the bare minimum of work. Why wouldn’t you pull the spindles and replace the rubber washer on a leaky faucet. Seems like the easiest and best solution. Tighten the handles is just cranking on the worn out washers more, which is why they failed even worse a week later causing damage to my bathroom.

Lazy, or incompetent, you take your pick

Our experience started out great. The company was responsive to our request to come out and evaluate our tankless hot water heater, which had quit working and had an error message. The technician arrived as scheduled and assessed the cause as a bad control board. He was very professional and competent. The challenges arose after that, in getting proactive updates from office on status of warranty support and part availability. Despite continuous promises by office to follow up on status of job, we had to call several times a day and it is now a week later and still no estimate of when unit can be repaired. While warranty company certainly has some culpability, the lack of communication and follow up by NB has been extremely disappointing. I guess they expect you to just sit around and wait with no hot water and no real idea what is happening. So in summary, very poor customer service by office but technicians were timely and professional. Have to now call another company after a week to get matter resolved. Disappointing to say the least.

Darren was very friendly and courteous. He was only in my house for a short time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He had the parts on his truck. And got everything fixed. Amazing service! And I will definitely use them again

Favorite plumbers ever. I have worked with NB for many years. Have never been disappointed. Always fair. Always explain fully the problem and the different ways to resolve it.

Quick to assess and fix our leaking main line. Gave us 2 options and then thought of another option that was presented the day of repair which ended up saving us quite a bit of money. Thanks for getting us taken care of.

We had a leak from our tub overflow. Our home warranty sent this company out to take a look at it. They went to seal our overflow gasket instead of just replacing the ruined gasket. It did nothing and continued to leak. They thought we needed to tear out drywall and replace something else, but my friend came over and helped us replace the gasket solving the issue. We paid our service fee for NB Plumbing to not fix the problem or do much of anything. Complete waste of money and they also wanted to do more work than was necessary and charge us more than needed. We felt like they were ripping us off and being dishonest. I’m glad we got a second opinion.

I was fortunate to discover NB Plumbing through my homeowners warranty. Now whether my expense is covered or not and NB Plumbing can do the service that's who I count on. Darren is very friendly, professional knows what he is doing and takes time to let me know whats is going on as he goes through the process. I have to say if I could give 10+ stars🤩 I would I have had to use you guys a couple times now and would never go anywhere else. I have been fortunate enough to have had same tech come out he remembered me and my home, so super kind and helpful. Terrible. Absolutely do not recommend. Lucky my home didn't explode. When tech replaced burner on hot water heater, he didn't get the gas connection correct. And apparently didn't check for leak. Because when I came home, I could smell the gas in my home. And the hot water tank is next to the furnace. You know, where there are flames. They told me they would not come out and fix immediately. They were busy. Would be 4 days later before they could come. Told me to just shut the gas off. Who needs hot water, right? Terrible customer service. Their employee caused a gas leak and they did not care AT ALL. Not even an apology. Blew my mind that their employee caused a gas leak and they wouldn't come right away to fix. A GAS LEAK!! Not a dripping faucet. A GAS LEAK!

The plumbers and office staff did an excellent job. I had a very tricky water heater installation, and Richard had to be incredibly creative to make it fit the space. He was extremely competent, explained each challenge clearly, and kept me updated every step of the way. He and his technician left everything clean and organized — I truly appreciated their professionalism.

I’m very grateful.

Let me also say, Destiny kept us all on the same page and answered all my (sometimes random!) questions. She’s the one who keeps it all running smoothly.

We had an old pipe fail, and they uncovered the problem quickly and repaired it in the most cost effective way possible. Great communication and their team is kind and respectful. They will get all my business and referrals going forward! Don’t hesitate, hire them!

Richard was the absolute best to work with! We needed new plumbing with an ejector pump put in our basement so the first day Richard and Jaden came and were so quick with all the prep work. The next day Richard came back with Tyson to get it all put back together. They were all so kind, respectful, and cleaned everything up so I wasn’t left with a big mess. Richard was very patient and helpful. He answered all of my endless questions and gave me super helpful tips on the work we were going to do ourselves. We were so impressed with all of the work they did, it looks amazing and was worth every penny. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs! Excellent service!

We have had NB Plumbing come by twice to fix separate issues related to a leaking pipe and a water heater malfunctioning.
