Benny was amazing!! I had no clue what was going on with my septic tank and he came and fixed it! He was able to educate me about what was happening and how to prevent it! I don’t know much about septic tanks, but he was great to walk through everything! Great service! I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again!

Elijah came to my home and took care of our drain issue. Not only was he efficient, but he took the time to explain everything to me, and gave us tips moving forward to prevent future issues. I'll definitely keep using roto-rooter as long as people like Elijah come to the rescue!

Matthew was absolutely amazing and had our water heater installed so fast! He was funny and helpful. He even fixed our garbage disposal just because he could! Great service!

Called on a Sunday morning, Benny was out within an hour. He assured me my worst nightmare hadn't come true and got to work snaking the drain. Whatever was in the pipes gave him a good fight but he handled it all and got us back in top shape.

Benny is awesome. We had a clog on a Sunday. Needed help fast. He went above and beyond to help us out with our older home where things weren't as easily accessible as other homes. I highly recommend calling if you need help.

Scheduled service between 5:00-6:00 PM received call from dispatch that the tech was stuck on a job and was running behind. Continued getting text messages informing us tech was running behind. At 9:00 we called dispatch to find out what was going on and we were informed that our tech was still stuck on a job and would not be available today. I understand things happen but please if your tech is stuck on a job for an additional 3+ hours maybe give us a call to reschedule so we aren't waiting around.

Adrian & Daniel were great. Very professional and friendly, got the job done quick and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend

He did a good job, but he didn’t really clean up all the mess he made. He lowered our water pressure saying this is what we need but there wasn’t enough water pressure in our showers and we did before.

Helped us with an issue on our thankfully unfinished basement. We had bad pipes installed 20 years ago that they fixed for us. Took longer than expected just because of weather issues and an emergency with another persons house. Which we understood. We appreciate the help especially from Dan he was a rockstar!! Thank you for helping us with 20 feet of concrete removal and pipe repairs inside our house.

The technician was over 45 minutes late. Came inside for 5 minutes and quoted me $600 to repair a clogged toilet. Without even properly evaluating anything. Absolutely insane pricing. Do not recommend.

Adrian and his apprentice were very polite and put great efforts into getting my sewer line clog cleaned out. Adrian took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, and provided me options and pricing prior to performing any work. I really appreciate Adrian’s and Roto Rooter’s help with my problem.

Making an appt online was so slick. Adrien was awesome! He showed up when he said he would be here and got me taken care of quickly. He even made sure I didn’t have any other issues while he was here.
