Our technician, Adrian, did a great job. He clearly knew what he was doing and had our problem fixed quickly. Also very personable and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter, and would call them again if a need arose.

The servicemen were very courteous and knowledgeable. Yairo explained what he was doing and what he found. They had the disposal installed in record time! Great service. Would recommend Roto Rooter to my friends and family.

Adrian came to fix a clogged kitchen sink and was great. It was less than 24 hours to get an appointment and everything fixed. He was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. No hidden fees, up selling, or any other BS. It was a relief to have everything handled so smoothly.

I hired Roto-Rooter for an emergency to clear 2 separate drain lines in a rental property. Elijah was the technician that was sent out to the job. Same day appointment within about 2hrs of my calling in. Elijah was extremely thorough and communicative with me. I had part of my staff on site while he was working so he sent me pictures of the full scope of work. There ended up being quite a bit of build up in the lines but we were able to get it all cleared out. I will definitely use Elijah and Roto-Rooter again and absolutely recommend their services.

We had Elijah come out to look at a clogged pipe. He was extremely thorough and wasn’t able to fix the issue right away as our old house has quite complex plumbing, but he set up a time to come back the next morning and was prompt and on time for when we had expected him to be back. He was able to get the pipe cleared and one of the managers also came out to take a look (Ryan). Both of them were super nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend using them again!

Benny was the best ever and so nice it was a pleasure to meet him a very pleasant gentleman that knew his business and fixed it fast and fixed it. Good I recommend Ben who works for Roto-Rooter.

Yairo is absolutely the best plumber. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly and set expectations up front. The work was done very well using high quality parts. I had a clogged drain line and pressure valve replaced and the results were instantaneous. I would absolutely recommend Yairo to any home.

This review is just an interaction I saw this company have while on the road. Now granted, lane splitting is illegal on motorcycles, but this company truck decided to swerve and almost hit the motorcycle that was lane splitting on the freeway. It was very aggressive driving. I’m surprised he didn’t actually wipe out the motorcycle. A company as professional as this shouldn’t behave like that. Please drive safely.

Darren and Steven did a great job with replacing my water heater and stop valves. They were very professional and and efficient in their work. Had Talon from NB Plumbing come out because we were having a problem with Carbon Monoxide and our water heater. A contractor verified the day before and the unit was shut off (it was measuring 3,612 ppm of CO from that contractor). We have a home warranty and so we opted to go through the home warranty and they dispatched NB plumbing to come out.

Talon came in, popped the bottom viewable of the water heater off, looked at the vents and said: "You're fine. This unit will run forever" I called and complained and he came back out again with quite the attitude with what looked like an electric toothbrush with a red, yellow, and green led to measure the carbon monoxide (clearly not proper equipment) and again said everything was fine and left with the unit turned on. I immediately turned it off and called Questar. They sent out a tech within an hour and they registered the Water Heater outputting 3,767 ppm of CO. The manufacturer standards are less than 40 ppm of CO. They turned off the device and red tagged it meaning it was unfit to turn on or use for any reason and had to be replaced.

NB Plumbing's incompetence put my family's well-being at risk for carbon monoxide poisoning. DO NOT USE THEM.

I was connected with NB plumbing due to my warrenty with American Home Sheilds.

NB Plumbing violated their contract with my AHS by attempting to price gouge me on the side after I had already paid through my warrenty.

When I spoke with AHS about why this plumbing company was expecting $215 in addition to the $100 I already paid, they shared this was against policy and I should decline. Specifically, NB Plumbing had not responded to AHS yet. They have a contact in place which does not allow this behavior.

NB plumbing is highly unethical and their conduct today was blackmail given they have an established contract with AHS.

The integrity of this company should be viewed as non existent and their trustworthiness calls into question in what other ways are they violating their trusting clients?

I've used NB Plumbing multiple times and highly recommend them! Communication with dispatch is always great. Richard's knowledge, hard work, attention to detail and ensuring you are 100% satisfied makes me wish I could give more than 5 stars. Talon was able to show up earlier than expected & went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of promptly. Great team and great company!
