Richard is so good with his explaining everything, answering every possible question I could throw at him, and timeliness of the job. He's very attentive, understanding, calm and patient. They also have very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

Myles and Jaden came to my new house to fix what appeared to be a clogged toilet. The machine they brought was only able to go out 75 feet. Myles stated that he will need to come back with a bigger machine the next morning because he had other appointments for the rest of the day. The following morning he came back with Jaden and brought Richard. They were able to clear my sewer pipe of baby wipes left by previous tenants in about an hour. Everything has been working properly ever since. I was so stressed about already having plumbing issues in a new house that I’ve only been living in for less than a week, but NB Plumbing lessened that burden. Thank you Richard for being professional, knowledgeable and generous! I will definitely keep this business on speed dial.

Truly exemplar company and technician. I was given NB Plumbing as a recommend from my favorite long term HVAC relationship (Ace Air who has done many jobs for me) and I am so glad to have Richard as a new contact! - He listened actively to the info and plan I had developed, took careful notes of what order I expressed I would like the items handled in (important in a refurbishment job that requires timing between other contractors as well) and went back through everything with me to ensure they had it right. Following this he asked if I would like it 'just so' or if I would like any troubleshooting to save time or money. (I took the troubleshooting, knowing that this is a standard upselling move) and, wow. Nope! He saved time and money both like a rockstar, providing great suggestions and walking me through where and why things might be done differently to assist both myself and other contractors involved. All recommends were still perfectly aligned with my goals and at minimum, left me with many more options for (for example) system expansion in the future and/or built-in simplicity for better pressure in the present and so forth. -- After the job commenced, this attitude continued throughout. It was always a pleasure interacting with Richard and frankly I feel that I got more than promised, plus (I hope) I also got what I was really after,, which is a new long term 'go-to' for all of my remodeling and renovation needs as it relates to plumbing. Perfect! These are now my guys. -- It is worth mentioning that this job was expansive enough to give me a lot of time on the ground with NB Plumbing and not once did I feel anything but included and satisfied.

NB Plumbing was a great company to work with. We recently used them to run a camera through the sewer main on a house we were looking to buy. They were prompt and professional to work with. Will definitely use again.

No question, NB are plumbing Wizards. Found a leak in a really inaccessible spot in my house. First plumber declared our bathroom floor would have to come up and then spent more time trying to upsell me on other stuff than looking at the problem.

Along comes NB and what a difference! Richard spent 45 mins looking for how to solve the job, and took up ONE floor tile in our closet and then was able to access the area AND re-run the pipework so its easier to access in the future. Amazing difference. Highly recommended.

Richard was super experienced. He completed several timely projects for us and got everything working right before he left- brand new kitchen sink installed and reworked our shower. Excellent service, very professional!

Richard was efficient, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He was able to identify the cause of a gas leak we had very quickly and correctly identified what needed to be replaced. He also did a great job of explaining the subtle issue that had caused the leak in the first place so that we will be able to avoid having similar leaks in the future.

Richard is punctual, courteous and very professional. He carefully replaced our kitchen faucet, which was covered by a Consumer Product Safety Commission recall, with a better model. In addition our communications with NB Plumbing office staff have been very cordial.

I had my water heater go out on me Sunday night. I called multiple other plumbing companies to help get this processed under warranty as it was installed new less than a year ago. It was a manufactured defect but the manufacturer said I had to go use the installer. Well they were not willing to help and the other companies I called were not much help as well until I got ahold of these guys. Not only did they get it processed and approved yesterday but came out first thing this morning to get the work done. They were very professional and beyond helpful!! Thank you again NB plumbing! I highly recommend these guys!

NB Plumbing is AMAZING!!! We woke up Sunday with no hot water. We have a wedding and an homecoming over the next two weeks. Lots of company will be coming in and we need hot water. They were able to come out and get it all repaired and replaced for us! They saved us and our guests! I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

"Richard was fantastic! I had originally selected another water softener system after spending an hour reviewing ratings, capabilities, and different brands. He suggested I look at the Titan VI Ultima, which was less expensive than the other brand I was going to buy directly from the factory. I’m very pleased with his service and with the equipment. Darin in the past has also been wonderful when we had hot water problems and had to have the water heater replaced. Again, I’ve been very pleased with NB Plumbing’s quick response, service, and pricing.
