I’m very grateful for the service provided. My water heater stop working and NB Plumbing took care of the issue. In my case they have to order the parts thru manufacturer. Once received was installed fixing the problem right away. They worked and kept the area cleaned, they were also explaining what the issue was and what they repaired. Thanks!!!

Plumbing Utah Heating and Air just installed a new A/C unit for my house. Quinton did a great job. They were able to check things out and get the project done quickly when we needed it most.

I scheduled an appointment to get a quote for a new system install. On the day of I called to confirm and receptionist said they had no record of it. She was nice and forwarded me to another gentleman. This guy all but refused to have someone come out and give me an estimate and never even apologized for the mix-up. Definitely won't be using this company for any future work.

I had a complicated issue with an external hose bib. Cole and Kolder arrived on time with advance notice, diagnosed the problem and came up with a creative solution to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Absolutely recommend Taylor to come out for any of your HVAC needs! Our heat stopped working during a snowstorm and he was able to come out right after we called and fix everything quickly. Very professional and fast service.

Adam Brewer totally impressed us with his job knowledge, the skills he possesses, his work ethic, and his amicable personality. He totally knew what he was doing. He tested the new disposal thoroughly before closing up shop, which made us 100% comfortable. Qinton was great! He provided Professional friendly service. Fixed my AC problem right away and helped me to understand how my HVAC systems worked. My units are about 30 yrs old. When I inquired about new units. He made recommendations that would be cost effective and energy efficient should i want to proceed further.

Moving into my first house and had a quick turnaround to install a gas line for a stove. I had a quote on Monday and a tech out by Friday the same week. Edgar provides excellent service, good quality work, and above par communication. Highly recommend!

Took Action and changed companies. I certainly made the right choice. Taylor was so pleasant to work with. He fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Have a duplex and he worked on other side as well under maintenance special. . I was told even by the company that installed my new furnace that the way they had installed would void my warranty. Finally found someone that saw and resolved the problem. Edgar went above and beyond on correcting the previous companies error. My furnace runs quieter and I’m sure more efficient. Also new a/c unit since furnace was taken apart and turned the correct direction, Baldo worked on that install and worked very hard. VERY PLEASED!!

Edgar and Quinton were really professional and they did their best to fix our furnace. They were very friendly also showed how much they care about their customers. We definitely will work with them for long time and I recommend them 100%!

Just wanted to say that I have been dealing with allot of issues cause I live in a condo with a board. This company has gone above and beyond to inform me of issues and help me make the best financial decisions without any regard to their profit. They are honest, do great work and communicate so well. Above the top I would recommend them to anyone looking for good, honest work!

Cole was able to arrive within 2 hours of calling. The toilet was replaced quickly, the work looks professional, and the pricing was within the upper-middle end of what Google thinks a toilet replacement should cost. This is quite the contrast to another well-rated plumbing company (not named here) that never showed up after two attempts to schedule.

I had Plumbing Utah Heating & Air take care of a toilet repair yesterday and decided to use them from the exceptional service they provided a few years ago when replacing one of my old toilets. This time I had an issue in a different bathroom with the toilet base rocking and not properly bolted in. Aaron and Brighton came to the rescue and they quickly determined the flange had broke and since this was a basement (on concrete) installation, they used a better flange, more appropriate to suite the installation. They provided professional and personalized service to my installation, not just going with a cookie-cutter solution that could cause more problems in the future. I really appreciate that. They are responsive and true professionals providing personalized service. I HIGHLY recommend Plumbing Utah Heating & Air for any plumbing or HVAC needs. They are my "go-to" provider based on my experiences having used their services twice now with amazing outcomes.
