Wild Willes did an amazing job and honored their original bid (which is apparently a rare thing). They came when they said they would and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They were very professional and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I have used Wild Willy‘s for the past 8 years for both yard maintenance and landscaping (Eschrnfelder Landscaping). I will not go to anyone else because I have professional reliable service. If I have any issues Jordan or Willy get back to me the same day usually within in hour. I want to applaud Willy’s for providing such excellent services during this most difficult year.

Got a estimate and agreed to the work which was done in three trips over a couple of weeks with poor communication as to when to expect it. Bill came and cost was hundreds of dollars more than quoted, with multiple “dump” charges which weren’t quoted in the estimate. I was happy with back yard, but realized later that front was poorly completed. Called to ask about bill and express disappointment in quality of front yard work. Woman said she’d call me back. Instead I got a new bill in the mail for $50 less with a letter explaining that I shouldn’t have received multiple dump charges, but that the rest of the bill stands because I sent a text saying it looked great, indicating satisfaction with the job. No acknowledgement that the estimate was hundreds of dollars low (actual bill was ~30% higher than quoted). Said they could have done a better job in front but cost would have been higher...or I could hire them again to come finish the job. No thanks. Bait and switch pricing, poor job execution and awful communication all around. Had the initial quote been accurate, I would have passed because final cost exceeded my budget. Don’t trust this company.

We received horrible service today, and it's not the first time. We scheduled for sprinklers, spring cleanup, and lawn care almost a month ago and were told all was well. Last week, we still hadn't received service. I called and left a message asking for a status update. No response. I called again with no response. I finally called a third time and spoke with the receptionist, who at first told me they didn't have a form for us. I reminded her of our conversation, which she remembered, and she said she either didn't submit our form properly or the owner, Jordan, "misplaced it." It took another day to get a response, but she informed us that they were too booked to provide service now. This happened last year as well, when we submitted a form and WE had to follow up to learn they were too busy. We have now asked to be removed from their customer service list. Meanwhile, our yard is dying. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Update: I called Jordan directly and he did send a team the next day. The team did a fine job, but we did not receive any follow-up as far as satisfaction, updates in communication protocols, or any other outreach to keep our business. We have found a more reliable service.

Each employee of Wild Willies Yard Service that I dealt with was wonderful. All were anxious to help and make sure that I was taken care of properly. The performers our work promptly and economically and above all extremely professionally. I am looking for more work for them around our home in Deer Valley as that which they did do was beautiful.

Whenever I have asked the crew to do anything extra in my yard it is always done quickly and with efficiency. I have especially enjoyed working with Jordan. He has a professional personality and has great advice when it comes to my yard.. I would recommend Wild Willies to my friends for their quality of yard service.

Tailgating and reckless driving on an interstate on December 2nd, 2020 at 2:12pm is unacceptable and a very poor representation of your company. Obviously you believe your poor excuse of a life is more important then others and their valuable lives. Sad case for a company!!!!

Workers will damage your property, then lie about it and they will leave trash and debris on your neighbors property.
I may improve this review if they ever return my phone calls and make remedies to the problem. So far, they have not.

They do the landscape maintenance for our HOA, The community has been around for just a couple of years. The grass is dead or dying throughout the community, the shrubs are never trimmed and over grown, weeds are everywhere and the ground cover bark is all over the place. When they mow the lawn the height is cut very inconsistently with patches that don’t get cut.
Having owned a landscape company in Phoenix for a few years, this type of service would not be acceptable work and I would fire every one that does the work. If I had any say I would find a different company to do our landscape maintenance.
