Reckless driving, disregard for traffic laws, on the phone not hands-free looked to be texting. Overall unsafe driving overall. Based on their driving, I would never feel safe inviting them to my house because I would not feel comfortable being the reason they are on the road!

Play close attention to their contracts. Our condo community hired them a year ago and turns out they snuck in an "hourly" clause to their work (in addition to charging additional fees throughout the year) which they conveniently said they used up before they were supposed to do the fall cleaning, after we gave them notice we weren't interested in renewing the contract. Besides that, just poor work in general.

I had a good experience working with this company. Mitch was very responsive and accommodating.

Not professional at all they broke my fountain that I paid 400 dollars for. They lied to my face and told me that it was already broken when they got there. They Did not clean up after themselves. I found 2 beer bottles in my back yard when they left. And I dont drink. Never going back to this company

They did a pretty decent job for me last year and was charging me $60 per week to mow my lawn, which seemed okay at the time. All of a sudden this year they wanted me to sign a contract for $110 a week for mowing my lawn. I said no way and found someone who does a better job than them for $40 per week. You would think with this economy prices would be going down but with these guys the doubled. I will not use them again. They are overpriced compared to many other landscpaing services.

Tuck Landscape is great for your full service landscape needs. I got to work with Chris who helped figure out a design for our budget. Then the friendly landscape crew came out and did a wonderful job installing. The attention to detail was so great.

I worked with Tuck for a couple of months. We got a bid from them to mow the lawns in our HOA. Their bid was high but we decided to have them do the work anyway, we felt they would do a good job.

They came out in the winter to do some tree trimming and remove some pipes for us. We paid them half up front and they came out and did the tree trimming but didn't want to trim the deciduous trees in the winter. Fair enough. They were going to finish the trimming when it warmed up. We hadn't signed a contract so a couple of weeks ago I asked them to come out and discuss the mowing and finish the tree trimming and pipe removal. They came out and met with me.

Well, now we have 1/2 of our trees trimmed, they came and cut up one of the pipes so the lid won't fit anymore but didn't finish that job (they could have done that even when it was cold).

They sent us a new bid and almost doubled their price for summer maintenance since we hadn't signed a contract yet. We definitely will not have them do the work and don't even want them to complete the work they only half completed.

I am very disappointed with them and I would not recommend them.

I have worked with Tuck Landscaping for years. Between their landscaping and snow removal, I have loved working with them and the services they provide. If I ever have a concern they are very responsive, timely and super helpful.

Avoid Tuck at all costs. They outsource jobs to unreliable and flaky contractors. They’ll charge you up front, not meet deadlines or flat out just ghost you, and then it’s a finger pointing contest between them and their outsourced folks when you request a refund where they make you, the customer, out to be the one to blame. It’s been over 100+ days to just get drawings for a basic backyard landscaping job, still no drawings, and they’re refusing a refund. All I’ve gotten to this point for my $3,000 is a lecture from their main office lady who blamed the outsourced contractor, Troy, and then blamed me for being frustrated. This place should be exposed by Get Gephardt.

It turns out I am not the only one observing this because another review was left about this SAME situation! The driver was on the phone the entire time on the freeway causing a back up and being overall just reckless. Based off his driving, this is not a professional company! I included a photo for proof. (I was riding passenger, so I was not driving myself and taking the photo)

Tuck does a fantastic job! The laborers are hard working and trustworthy. Project managers are professional and work to get the project done in a timely manner.

While I’m sure these guys do
a beautiful job of landscaping, they certainly don’t care how their actions impact others. I live in the apartments just south of their building. (The photo was taken from my balcony.) I have been woken up innumerable times lately anywhere between 5:15-and 6:45am (weekends, too) by tractors, dump-trucks, and, tractors picking up boulders and dropping them into dump-trucks. This kind of “construction” activity is actually illegal before 7am.

Tuck has taken care of my yard for 14 years and they have always done an absolutely incredible job. From landscape design to sprinklers to weekly maintenance, they do it all and I haven’t met a single member of their team that I didn’t love.

5 stars all around. Mitch and the guys over at Tuck made this process that can typically be stressful, very painless and worry free as one of their customers. My outdoor space looks fantastic. Thanks again, Tuck Landscape.

We’ve struggled to find someone to help us with our smaller space. We are so excited to actually use our space, it felt nice to be part of the process and be educated on how to care for our yard vs. someone just coming in, slapping some plants in and leaving. Mitch was super available for us through it all from start to finish and STILL continues to answer questions. will be coming back in the future!
