Tuck Landscaping is the best by far! Professional ground crew, Carlos and his crew have always been professional and on time. Willing to tackle any task given to them. We've used them for redesign and adding rock, trees, sod, irrigation. Mitchell Parks has been an added benefit to the already great crew.

So here’s the thing about Tuck’s Landscaping. They do beautiful work. They’re expensive but it looks great initially. The big problem is that once they are done, you cannot get them to help you with any problems that arise. They do not answer their phone. You can leave voicemails and your calls are never returned. I even stopped by in person and tried to talk to them and they legit just basically said they’d have someone call me back. They never did. God forbid you have a problem with the project after you drop nearly six figures. After they get their money, you’re dead to them. You’ve been warned. Good luck.

Great company to work with. Mitch was very helpful in the design phase and turned my vision into a reality. It was very helpful being able to see a rendering before the work started, helped me feel comfortable in making decisions. Truly a great experience working with this company, will be contacting them with any future needs.

We live in a townhouse and we pay the HOA to care for the landscaping in our neighborhood. We understood when the grass died earlier this summer because the splash pad project messed up the water system. Most of the grass recovered, sort of, if you consider spotty coverage recovered.
However, we have been left with dead areas--just dirt--and large weeds next to our townhouse, a huge dead area around the tree behind our townhouse, and multiple other dead areas. The Kentucky blue grass in front of our townhouse has been completely taken over by weed grass.
As far the area around our townhouse is concerned, the lawncare has been completely unacceptable.

Tuck maintained our yard for several years. One afternoon they were securing our metal edging around our flower beds and after they left I noticed they had punctured our sprinkler line. I called our contact and asked him to send someone out to fix it. He stopped by to look at it and he acknowledged that it was their mistake. He sent someone out to fix it within a couple of days. Imagine my surprise a few weeks later when I got an invoice for that repair. I called the billing office thinking that surely it was an error… it was after all, a problem that Tuck created. Tuck punctured the line while they were working. But the gal in the billing department assured me that it was my responsibility and that Tuck would not cover it. I told her they would lose our business if they would not cover the repair and she said that was just fine. I got stuck paying them hundreds of dollars to fix a problem they created. That’s pretty terrible customer service.
