Arbor plus has the best employees that know what they’re doing. Chantel is awesome as an office administrator, very kind and knowledgeable. Jon the owner, he knows his stuff I was very impressed with him from the get go. Eric and Forrest were the guys that came out and performed the work at my house. I was so very impressed with how hard they worked and they had my 35 foot pine tree out of the ground and in the chipper in no time. These guys were extremely knowledgeable about their equipment and how to work it! The year 2020, has brought us many, many surprises, but never did I ever think I would see a flying Christmas tree! Well, I have now. I have referred Arbor Plus to 3 people all ready and my work was just done yesterday. I highly recommend this company because they are professionals and they were on time. You will NOT be sorry!

We've used Arbor+ for years and have never regretted it. This week they trimmed our tall elms (not an easy task), safely maneuvering around power & cable lines, leaving work areas looking better than they've looked in years, including grounds, sidewalks, driveway & street. Jason & his crew were efficient, courteous, and willing to accommodate our special requests.

Arbor Plus have done such a great job for us and surely exceeded our expectations. Every thing is well cleaned up for us after the tree is trimmed. Also, I appreciate the fact that they have planned to trim the dead branches for us since the estimation, we had a total of five companies to come and estimate for us, the other ones are more expensive and they charges more when I asked them to take care of the dead branches. I will definitely introduce Arbor Plus to my family and friends in Salt Lake City if they need to trim their tree. The quality of work of Arbor Plus is amazing!

Terrible, incomplete work, multiple missed service windows coupled with abhorrent follow up. 2+ months in and gave up trying to work with them. Called another company and had the work completed in a week.

My mom grows and sell plants and produce from her yard. She asked the arbor to have the sprayer knock on her door so she would be there at the time of the spraying. She stressed many times that she needed to cover up plants she didn't want exposed to the spray. He didn't want to write knock on door first on the paper but after about 10 times of emphasizing the importance of doing so he finally did. She was home the day of the spaying but didn't know he was there until she found the bill on her front door. She found no evidence on or around the tree that it had been sprayed. All she wanted to do was cover up any plants under the tree that she didn't want chemicals on. She called the company to ask why the instructions hadn't been followed and the only comment they gave was how the company dose a good job and cares. They told her they have gps on all their trucks and monitors the chemical levels on their trucks so they know their sprayer did his job. Legal aid says it is still up to her to prove the tree was sprayed. She can't do this obviously, so she must pay the bill even though they did not hold up their end of the contract and contaminated her plants she wanted to cover up. So why am I writing this? If you hire this company make sure you write in extreme detail exactly what you want on the contract (DO NOT take their word they will do it and you don't need to put it on the contract). My mom should have written: Sprayer must knock on door and make sure i am present during the spraying, no exceptions. If I am not present during the spraying I will not pay the bill. If you don't do this and they do something wrong you will have to prove they did and you can't if your not there to see it. I gave them 1 star because the most important part of a company is one that shows they care about their customers and this company only speaks it.

Saw large flowering pear tree getting dead branches near the top. My husband had sprayed until the tree got too large, then got negligent. Call Reliable and they came and "operated" on the tree, cutting out all the dead areas and sterilizing the equipment between ever cut to avoid spreading disease. They then inoculated the tree at the ground level. They have sprayed the each of the last two years. Now our trees are looking good. Would definitely be sad if I had lost my three shade trees. We were having trouble with two of our trees whose roots were wreaking havoc in the neighbor's yard. I called reliable and they came out quickly and were able to tell me all about my trees and give me advice on how to solve the problem. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them.
