I can’t say enough about how well these do their job! From shaping trees naturally and beautifully, to immaculate cleanup. They do their jobs well. Personable and professional.

Always let me know when they are coming and always come on time. A discount for paying upfront for the year's service has saved me money. I have a LOT Of trees and caring for them is a big investment, but feels worth it. I've been with this company for years and they have done a good job for us.

We have many large pine trees in our yard, 45+years old. We trust and rely on Reliable Tree to keep our trees alive (spraying for bugs and deep root feedings). They were also able to come out and give advise a few years ago after my Blue Atlas Cedar was attacked by woodpeckers, haven't had any problems since. Thanks Team

My beautiful oak tree had powdery mildew. I called Reliable Tree to come spray. It took 3 months and about 5 phone calls before they finally came to do it. They recommended that we have it sprayed again in the Spring. I called them in March to set up an appointment. I was told that if I paid my $64 in advance, they could come more quickly. I paid it, and got the charge of $964 on my credit card. It took about 10 days to get my money back, and now they won't return my phone calls. I have left 4 messages, asking specifically by name.
I don't recommend them. Their service leaves a LOT to be desired!

I have Reliable Tree come out every year and they always do a great job. The trimmers are friendly and easy to work with. I will continue to use their services.

The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly, and everyone I talked to and worked with was very professional and friendly. My trees were trimmed 4 days ahead of schedule, and they look great - you can tell they put a lot of care and expertise into it.

Don't help me with my trees. The representative said I have Aphids on my roses and he could treat them. I was interested in possibly having my roses treated they gave me a quote and I signed and acknowledge the quote. That was the last I heard from them until I received an invoice for services preformed. They never called to say when they were coming out or left any indication that they were actually on my property to perform the services they said they did. It's a tricky and ethical practice I do not recommend them to anybody

I have been very concerned about the health of my apple tree, scouring the internet for information about the symptoms I am seeing with not much luck.

Reliable Tree Care was very prompt in setting up a time to come give me a consultation. They sent Alex who was very polite and professional. He is clearly an expert and knew right away that what I was seeing was natural and just due to the age of the tree, and offered solutions for helping to maintain the health of the tree.

I was quoted very reasonable prices for the services, but even still had very useful information if I wanted to treat the tree myself.

Lance helped us figure out why our oak was struggling. Turned out it needed deep root feeding. It’s greener now than it’s been in years.

Highly recommended for their annual plant & tree health care program and tree removal services. The arborists, office staff, and on-site professionals are great and easy to work with.

I’ve been using Reliable Tree Care for over 20 years. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. I just had them trim my trees in my front yard. They did a nice job on the trees but left a big mess. They left branches, twigs and leaves all over my front yard. I didn’t notice this until after they left. I had to spend the better part of the afternoon cleaning up this mess. I called them to complain and they said they would do a better cleanup job next time. Well, there won’t be a next time, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This crew plucked a monster slippery elm from my back yard, a job requiring a large crane, while I was at work. Came home to everything looking as I had left it minus the big tree. Well done, worth every penny.

Alex came out to give a bid, he’s always friendly and knowledgeable, shortly after the bid I was notified the technicians would be out to complete the trimming, I’ve had the same crew at my home to trim twice, they are very knowledgeable and precise with their trimming, the trees look great, they always clean up and take great pride in their work, and they are very friendly and respectful of our property, it’s great to have people you can trust to do the job right!
