I had my carpets cleaned just two days before putting my house up for sale. I had been touching up paint for weeks preparing to list my house, and cleaning the carpets was the final preparation. Precision Chem Dry’s technician did not use corner protectors and was not at all careful. Their hoses destroyed the corner of my walls going into my basement, clear down to the metal. I called and told them the damage was DEFINITELY not there prior to the cleaning because I had been touching up paint for weeks. I sent them pictures and contacted the owner, Juan. He didn’t bother to come investigate the damaged walls. Without looking into it further, he and his technician completely denied any of the damage was caused by the hoses and refused to repair the walls or compensate me in any way. No customer service. No accountability. Not impressed. Never again.

Absolutely recommend!!! They were so great. Very fast at getting back to me, and had a technician out within a couple of days to clean our basement carpets. We hadn’t had them cleaned in years, and went through some basement mold issues. The carpet looks brand new again and the musty odor is completely gone. Will be using them from now on!! Great experience, thanks to everyone on the team!!

Worst carpet cleaning job I've ever had. My bedroom carpet took 3 days to completely dry. They didn't clean all the way to the.walls. I will never use Chem dry again.

When Albert showed up at my house, I found him to be very professional and neatly dressed in uniform. He took the time to explain all of my options for the service. When he came into my home, I felt that he was capable of doing what I needed him to do. He assisted me in moving furniture that I couldn't move myself, communicated clearly, and understood my needs. I felt that he went above and beyond in his performance. Albert deserves Employee of the Month!

I am blown away by the service I received. Sean not only was professional and kind, he walked me through each step of his process and let me know what to expect during and after the cleaning. He also let me know about urine spots on my baseboards I was unaware of, so I could clean those up afterwards. We were so appreciative of his attention to detail and amazed at how he brought my old dead stained carpets back to life. I’m so glad I called these guys, I can’t believe I’m excited about my carpets again, like they’re brand new!

Third holy /(-@ the results were by far more than expected.. My carpet is probably the original that was installed
in the home years of wear and tear.. Pets stains drinks you name it has happened to it.. And Alberto was able to make it look amazing.. I will definitely refer and use Alberto again..
