Window pros, they don’t cut corners, don’t use gear that scratches windows and cause a mess like most companies.

Unfortunately, I’m sad to be writing this review, I wanted to let people be aware. If you get service from them and everything is going, great, they they’re great. But if you don’t like something or they did something wrong and you confront them, they say maybe you’re not a good fit for them . When you have them replaced something and you pay a large amount of money for a piece of equipment, they’re supposed to ensure and something goes wrong on their end. They no longer communicate with you. They no longer try to resolve an issue they leave you hanging.. Beware if you want a company who’s going to honor and service their warranties stay away from them.
I have been attempting to contact them for over two weeks now and I Can’t get a phone call back from either owner Ryan or Trey nor the office manager their sister.

My next door neighbor uses SLC Pool Service for his pool and highly recommended them. I called to schedule routine maintenance services and they were very prompt in getting someone out there. They said they would call me back to set an appointment. Then I never hear anything back. I've tried calling them over and over again and I either don't get an answer, or they say the same thing that someone from the maintenance team will get a hold of me. I've left voicemails with no call back. Maybe they just don't want any more business but this is ridiculous for a service company...

SLC Pool Service is legit. On time, professional, and no BS. They know how to take care of a pool. Even more importantly, they are easy to work with. Would recommend for all to use

I moved to Park City 6 years ago and have used SLC Pool Service for a couple years now. They have been great at taking care of my spa in Park City. One of the many little things they do to set them apart is shovel a path so I can access it when it snows in the winter. I have never had any problems with them & will always recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

They are always on time, efficient and provide a great value with top notch service. We have recommended them to multiple friends in the area as well who have all had great results. These guys are excellent - they are very thorough, come consistently and photograph all the work they complete! My pool has never looked better!!

These guys are legends. They are in charge of my spa out in PC and we have never had an issue. Yea things break but they always get a guy out quick to fix and we are more than happy.
