That same day Korbin showed up, diagnosed the issue and fixed it all with in two hours. Within 3 the spa was 104 and we were simply amazed at the efficiency. Thanks Korbin you made our weekend.

We use SLC Pool Service to take care of our in ground spa in park city and they are amazing. They are easy to get ahold of and always answer the phone when myself or my guests have questions. Not too mention the spa is always clean and working. The cherry on top is they do the Pentair warranty which has come in handy on multiple occasions.

I have you several Pool Maintenance companies, and Trey and his team are by far the best I’ve ever had service our pool! They communicate so well, always show up on time and take care of anything to do with the pool and hot tub. They send email reports with all the details of your pool with the chemicals and the cleaning so you are kept up-to-date on everything they are doing as they do it. Not only that they also go above and beyond and shovel the snow sweep the patio and do the things that will help keep the pool area, clean and functioning well. If you are looking for a pool maintenance team, this is the only way to go!

We decided to use SLC Pool Service for the Start Up on our new plaster and are so happy we did. We never knew what a process it was and SLC Pools helped us through every step of the way: from pre plaster coordination, to water treatment at fill day, to powering the equipment on, balancing out chemicals for handoff and cleaning the filters at the finish.

They even went one step further and optimized my automation to run my pump at the perfect speed for designed flow. This alone is saving $100+ per month.

Best pool company! They do a thorough job every time and leave our pool water and surrounding deck looking amazing. They even wipe off and shine up our outdoor kitchen. I appreciate the email with pictures of the work that was completed at each weekly cleaning. Highly recommend this pool cleaning company.

I’m really bummed to be posting this. I attached our last two recent conversations because I think it’s important for potential customers to see how poor their communication is. Their service was great until it wasn’t… you can see from our conversations how many times I had to bug them about getting them out to get our pool winterized. I scheduled in September to have it scheduled for the middle of October. They wouldn’t allow me to get on their schedule until I paid 50% down. I paid the deposit that day and then had to hound them to come out. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way is they increased my weekly service from $75 a visit to $100 a visit and didn’t notify me they were increasing their prices. Some months their weekly service alone would be $500 and that’s not including any chemicals. My bills averaged every month from $500-$1000. They are extremely expensive to not have someone call you back. The breaking point for me was I went into my pump room this last Sunday and there was water spraying everywhere. I text Trey the company’s owner, and he said he’d have someone out to have look at it most likely on Tuesday. Tuesday came, and they came out to do the weekly service but didn’t address the repair or fix it. I tried calling Trey twice and he kept saying he’d call me back and never did. My husband also tried calling and he wouldn’t call him back.. Trey then text me and said someone was headed my way. When I text him hours later letting him know I never saw anyone, and asking if the tech was still on his way, I got zero response. It’s now Friday morning and I still have had no one address the fact that my pool is in need of a repair or even come out to look at it. It’s also important to note that I grew up in St. George, and my parents have their own pool company. So I know a few basic things about pools and a pump room. This kind of service and billing is not acceptable. My pool has looked great but to pay an extremely high bill and be put on the back burner is unacceptable.

SLC Pool Service is the very best of the best! We have had our pool for 3 years now and are still learning the intricacies of balancing the water. And when we don't get it quite right, SLC Pool Service has helped us out. They have kept our water crystal clear and gorgeous. They are professional and friendly and even put up with our pup getting in their business. We will ALWAYS be clients of Ryan and Trey.

Contacted After seeing one of their trucks. They came and looked at the pool, said that it would be helpful if some of the plumbing was redone. We recently had a new pool put in, they quoted $240 an hour for plumbing and Trey said it would be $1500 approximately to fix a leak and redo a few pipes. We don’t have any problems with our system. There’s a small leak and we could rearrange some of the PVC pipes to help the flow. Anxious to open the pool… Next thing I know somebody else comes out and said it’s going to cost $7000 because in order to get it running how they want it to run we would need a brand new gas line, new electrical and new plumbing system. What a joke ! We have a brand new pool, we don’t need a gas line and we sure don’t need new electrical work. Super disappointing

The employees at SLC Pool Service are amazing! They service the pool at the gym I belong to. They do a fantastic job keeping the pool and spa clean. They also go above and beyond. There was a big blood spot next to the spa. I reported it to the manager of the gym a few times and the custodians never cleaned it up. It wasn't the responsibility of SLC Pool Service to clean up the blood, but the custodians of the gym. Regardless, when I asked SLC Pool Service while they were there, they happily did it!
