We didn't even realize how bad it was & are so happy with our decision to hire Always Clean Window Cleaning! They were very, very detailed, even cleaning the window tracks & frames, not just the glass. I couldn't recommend them more!

Mr Waterfall is by far the best carpet cleaner I’ve ever had. My 27 year old white carpet looks new after he comes. He goes beyond what you may expect in every way. Besides all that, he’s a very nice person.

I've never used their service before but I'm telling you I surely wouldn't after one of their trucks just ran me off the freeway. Please pay attention while driving and check your blind spot. Had there not been an emergency lane you would have thrown me into a median.

Wonderful service.. but too pushy. They do the hard sell over the phone to my mother everytime. She is older and I overhear them pressuring her to reschedule too often.

Had a very nice young man come to do a furnace inspection ($49) and vent cleaning ($39 for 10 vents and one return). The main ducts are not included. In my house(2000sqft) I have two main vents and 2 returns. The extra cost was a little over $200 +the original $39. Fair enough, I get it...there is always something extra that is not included. I feel it would be more honest to include 1 main (every furnace would have this) the 10 vents and one return for more money. There really isn't much of a point to do the vents without doing the main. Whatever though, I'm not the owner of the business.
What I found really dishonest was stating there was a gas leak and had to shut the furnace off - bad gas valve on a five year old furnace??? Really??? Possible I guess, but probably not probable. The gas valve had a $1500 + price tag to it plus 2 hours of labor. Yikes! I checked the company reviews (thank you Yelp and the people that sent in reviews).
I let the nice young man know about the bad reviews I found and said I'd need to call someone else to get a second opinion. I actually had him go back downstairs (after about 15 minutes) to re-test the valve with his gas detector device. No crazy beeping anymore. Hummmm?
After the Apex guy left, I turned my gas back on (not hard to do) and did a smell test...little bit of a gas smell at first, but dissipated.
This morning, the guy from HVAC Plus came out and checked the furnace for leaks. He found no leaks even after turning up the sensitivity on his detector. This guy (Darrin) was so great he didn't even charge me for a service call. He said his cost on the valve would have been about $400 plus labor ($90/hr). HVAC Plus is now my furnace service company.
It's a shame when a company feels the only way to make money is to scam people. Money over integrity seems to be the climate in our current environment generally. Consumers have to be better informed consumers and not just blankly trust the person standing in front of them.
Second opinions can save you money.
